Great summer vacation

Great host. Made sure our stay went smoothly and quickly addresses any questions, issues, or concerns. The place has a lot of space and we loved the pool. It is also close to beaches. Our favorite was Coquina beach - beautiful clear green water. I would stay here again and I will recommend to friends and family.

Hostess with the Mostess

Trinh was such an amazing host, Easy to talk to, Always available, and Quick to act. The house has great space and fit our needs perfectly! The only reason for anything other than a 5, is the home has had much love by many guests. It shows a little wear in a few spots.Overall a Great Stay!

The images on the Vrbo webpage for the property did not reflect the actual condition of the architecture. Light fixtures didn't have working bulbs, walls were majorly scuffed, wallpaper pulled off below kitchen counter, possible mold at vent in living room, screen door screen ripped, dryer not hooked up to vent.The owner was reachable but was located in Texas and did not actually see/know the conditions like she should have!
Screen at door is ripped.
Cabinet door behind bar has a broken hinge, legs on fuse ball table taped together, bulbs not working in fan fixture.
Torn/peeling wallpaper.
Beds don't match... broken bed frame garage!

Weekend Getaway

We needed a large house for our friend’s family and ours in a nice neighborhood for a weekend getaway before school starts. The house was clean and provided all the amenities we could need, such as a grill, games, foosball table, beach towels & chairs, cooking supplies and very soft bedding. The kids were excited about bunk beds and everyone got their own room. Having two rooms with king beds is a huge plus. Loved the size of the pool and the hot tub. Trinh was very communicative and when we couldn’t find any balls for the foosball table she immediately ordered new ones for us and had them delivered the next day!! We had a great stay and felt very safe & comfortable.

Perfect Home, Location, & Host!

My husband & I stayed in this home with our 2 large dogs for 5 weeks over the Christmas Holiday. The home was clean, well stocked & in a very safe area. Perfect location to shopping, beaches & restaurants. The host got right back to us personally on the questions we had, not an automated response. The host did not bother us during our stay but it was clear if needed, they were available. The safe, secure fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The pool was cleaned twice a week, so it was always ready for us. Just a prefect, all around home, area, space & host. Will be renting from them again.

Shining light in the darkest of hours

Our family had to gather to say good bye to the matriarch of our family. We needed a place for 12 to stay immediately following Hurricane Ian. I am pleased to share that while some properties were still in a state of disarray, Aqua Pina was clean, well stocked and completely ready for visitors. Our host went above and beyond to insure we were well taken care of, goodness knows I bothered her enough. Both Aqua Pina and Trina Vo were exceptional!! I wish I could leave a rating greater than 5, it is well deserved.

Family Friendly

Clean and Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of 6. We enjoyed having access to a private pool. Owner was easily accessible and even provided a list of things to do during our 4th of July vacation. We will definitely be returning!

Great property!

We visited the are for a baseball tournament and vacation wrapped into one trip. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured / described. Host was great and had excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Perfect for our Family Reunion

Our family traveled to Bradenton for a family reunion and stayed at Aqua Pina. We loved everything about this property. Spacious bedrooms, multiple spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen and water toys and floats for the pool and beach! Will come back again!

Great Find Near AMI!

Our family of 4 + another family of 4 had the pleasure of staying at this property in Bradenton late March/ early April. Very close to Anna Maria Island and in a nice neighborhood, the interior of the house is incredibly spacious, well kept and perfect for our group. The boys loved playing in the swimming pool as well as the foosball table and TV area. The adults enjoyed playing cards in the kitchen area which has a small table + counter w/ stools. We never even used the larger table or living room area! There are an abundance of floaties and chairs/ beach toys to use along with coolers and laundry. The Owner was quick to respond to all inquiries and I would recommend a visit!

Great getaway from winter

The house is really nice and comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the location as it closed to the beaches and shops. The only downside was the outdoor furniture as it was hard and not comfortable.

Great house for our family reunion

Spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Unique master bedroom layout added privacy so that our dog could have spacious room to move about separate from the young children. The house is close to the pier and downtown area. Grocery stores and Starbucks are just a few blocks away.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Owners!

Where to begin with this AMAZING Home??? The Home Owner - The home owner for this property is amazing! From the start the communication was outstanding. Every question or message we sent, we received a response within minutes! All the communication was very clear and extremely helpful. The Home Owner made you feel very safe and secure when booking this property. The Home - WOW!!! This home is absolutely geaorgeous! Very spacious! Very Clean! Well taken care of! A ton of games and toys for the kids to play with! Plenty of Coolers, Beach Toys, and Beach Chairs in the Garage to take with you on a day at the beach. Made it so nice that we didn’t have to buy these items and try to figure out how we were gonna take them home. AND the POOL!!! The Pool was incredible!!! There wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t spend a significant amount of time in the Pool! By far the best part of our Vacation and the House! The Location - The location is perfect! You are roughly 10-15 minutes from Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach or our favorite Coquina Beach. You are about 25-30 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and about 45 minutes to Clearwater Beach! The local restaurant selection is outstanding. Everything is within 5-15 minutes from the Home. The house is only 20 minutes to the airport. We couldn’t ask for a better location. To summarize our trip, this home will be a home we continue to book every time we return back to Florida. Great Owners, Beautiful Home, Awesome Location, and near Beautiful Beaches with Great Local Restaurants. If you are considering this home as an option you need not look at any other home! THIS IS THE ONE!!!

Our oasis of happiness

This home was fantastic in every way! There is plenty of room for all of the family and accommodated every age! The game room and the pool superseded our expectations. There was plenty of seating areas for our large family dinners. The home is close to everything, one mile to 2 different grocery stores, a 10 minute drive to the beach, and other shopping. We would stay here again! The owner was prompt to respond to any questions that arose during our stay! Truly had a great experience all around.
