Pool/Spa Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($125 for up to 7 days) Pool Heat (highly recommended Oct to May) is set to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. However, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Wonderful house for family vacation!

This was a wonderful house for our extended family vacation- the pool and backyard are AMAZING! The location is great. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores and just a short drive to the beach!

Wonderful Property Great Location

Checkin was seamless. The host was very communicative and responded timely to any questions. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. My family and I stayed for a week mid April. We paid the additional price to have the pool heated and it was so worth it. We got to swim every day. The house was a close drive to a few different beaches. Plenty of great restaurants close by and at the same time the kitchen had everything need to cook meals in. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the beach was absolutely beautiful and the pool was clean! We definitely are grateful to have stayed in this house and are surely going to come back! Restaurants and all the beaches were close to the house and the property was clean around, thank you to the host for the great communication!!

The house was clean and organized. New furnishings throughout. More kitchen items might be nice. Towels and sheets were enough for us. Great location. Host very responsive. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds. The pool was great!

Our overall experience was fine but definitely room for improvement. While the host was responsive super helpful, I am unable to give 5 stars for all categories. The kitchen lacked a lot of necessities- oven mitts would be great as well as an unusable stovetop element. The pool lights also weren’t functional which was not a deal breaker but definitely a bummer to have nonfunctioning components on a new rental. Additionally, there we small ants in the kitchen, cabinets and bathrooms. We did love the backyard area!

Good Place for Families

As advertised property that allowed my family and I to relax well at home, giving everyone a place to enjoy. Whether reading on the patio, swimming in the heated pool, or playing a game at the patio. Table outside. Very close to grocery stores, coffee, restaurants. The drive to the beach is short when there is no traffic. With traffic the drive can get long at the peak times.

Family spring break

Great house for a family stay. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. With 4 bedrooms it fit us all comfortably. We selected for the pool and proximity to local beaches. It was a good location. Took about 15-20 minutes to get to beaches and shopping. House was equipped with pool and beach toys. We rented a van and this all worked great for our group. Pool was very clean, spacious rooms, had most of what we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and game room/second seating area was nice for the group.

Perfect for Tournaments at IMG

We stayed here with parents and teens who had a soccer showcase at IMG. The fields were less than 10 minutes away, even with traffic. It was also a quick 20 minute drive to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and very conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Patricia, the property manager, is AMAZING. She went above and beyond to accommodate us in several ways. Checking and out was a breeze, she helped us coordinate grocery deliveries and dealt with small issues that came up with the house almost immediately. The house is exactly as depicted and described. We did pay to heat the pool and are glad we did. There is plenty of seating inside and outside and plenty of beds and bedding. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was nice to have spices and other standard pantry items available to use. There were definitely some minor issues with the house...the lights in the ceiling fans were burned out in some and in others, you couldn't use the fan unless the light was on which means you couldn't use it to sleep. We had some issues with the Nest and clogging of some drains, but Patricia addressed these issues immediately. There is a shed outside with plenty of beach chairs, a football, pool noodles, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors we chatted with her very friendly. We would stay here again!

Amazing space for peace, comfort + location!!!

Me, my husband, and our 5 children ages 12, 10, 9, 4, and 11 months ...all had an amazing time!! We stayed for a full week, Sunday to Sunday. The layout of the home was very nice. The girls were able to wind down and so we're we. The pool has multiple walk outs which is SUPER convenient when littles need to go potty quickly. The pool was amazing!! Truly my girls couldn't get enough. It was EXACTLY like the pictures!! Clean and sparkly. Acessories that came with the property like pool towels, toys, + floaties as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. This being our first time going to the AMI area those really helped accommodate even our entire trip!! MS. Patricia left no stone unturned with every thoughtful amenity and she was available if we needed her but the trip was so smooth and effortless we didn't have to lift a finger to call for anything. The location of the property was perfect for our family. We wanted to beach hop the area since.it was our first time and the location gave us everything we wanted and more. We went to Manatee and Coquina beaches. We went to Ben T. Davis and since Clearwater was within reason (we live in a suburb but commute to city at home) we even drove to Clearwater Beach!! Ultimately all were pretty and Coquina won out for our family and we just went back to back and stopped 😆. All in all I don't think we could have had such a great time anywhere else given the dynamics of our family couples with the amenities this Coastal Haven provided.

Just OK

As a large family mixed with small kids, teenagers and adults - we travel a lot together and have stayed at properties around the country. I want to start out by saying that Patricia was a great host and responded to any and all issues we had very quickly with solutions. With that said, the property is not really fully equipped for a family that will be utilizing the kitchen and cooking for the size of people that it says it can accommodate. They did not have some basic things that a normal kitchen would have. If you are going to be cooking at all - prepare to pick up some things up while you're staying at the property (and it's not like there's a lot of places to dine at in the area either). Also, there were not enough towels for the amount of people the house says it accommodates.- I think there were like 6 bath towels total and 6 hand towels for a house that sleeps 12. The other issues we had were that on one of the bedrooms doors, the hinges were off (she sent a handyman to fix that), a piece of the built-in furniture in the living room fell off which the handyman also fixed, there was a hole in the bathroom from the doorknob (b/c there was no stopper on the door) and there was visible sand and debris in the main room that we had to sweep up upon arrival (right after the housekeepers were there). Like I said, Patricia was very responsive but this house was just not a good fit for our family because we spend a good amount of time at our rental houses when we go on vacation and cook together, etc. and it just didn't have a lot of the things we were accustomed to having. You can tell that the host hasn't stayed in the property to experience what you need there for an extended vacation.
