Oceanfront Condo at Quiet Beach

Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Beautiful updated two-bedroom two bath condo located on the 4th floor. Master bedroom has king-size bed and guest bedroom has queen size bed and twin bed. Smart TV located in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. Balcony is located off of Master bedroom and Living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Linens are provided including beach towels. Each unit has at least two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The view from the balcony is unobstructed and great to see shuttle and/or rocket launches. We look forward to you visiting us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The second bedroom with the two beds can use some updating.

Easy getaway

The unit was as described and very comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 older teens. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful beach view from the balconies. The beach was completely uncrowded and wide, with easy access from the unit. The building itself is older, but this unit seems to have been updated over time. The area has plenty of grocery stores and restaurants and we liked the close access to Kennedy Space Center as well as river kayaking.

Fabulous Views

Our stay was in late October and the weather was very nice. It was not crowded at all for this time of year which suited us fine. Our unit was very close to the beach/water and was very nice for viewing the ocean. The water was a beautiful greenish blue which was very picturesque. Our condo unit was also very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. The surrounding area was not crowded and busy like some of the other beaches we have stayed. If you like peace and quiet and less crowded areas this is a great place to be. Also, this is not a huge condo complex which again suits us fine.

Great Stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Had everything we needed, a beautiful view and comfortable beds. We even cooked a thanksgiving dinner. Best place we’ve stayed yet! Highly recommended!

After leaving the property the owner filed a fake insurance claim saying tge kitchen counter was damaged and she charged us for other numerous items, towels, wash cloths, etc. Beware of this BS. Find good honest people to deal with

Great Oceanview Condo

Wonderful condo on the beach! Unit was exactly as advertised and very comfortable for a girls weekend. Had a slight problem on arrival with the keys (they didn’t fit!). The office was closed but we were able to get thru to the manager almost right away with one of the 4 emergency phone numbers listed on the office window. The cleaning crew was still on site so were able to get us a key that worked.

Vacation 2022

Overall experience was great! Description of property was exactly as shown and our condo was very nice. Only issues was parking a couple of nights. We had 2 vehicles so one parked in overflow and we had trouble getting a space a couple times. Also on one of the days horrible odor come from near elevator and first floor. We don’t know if was the trash chute or dead animal but it was awful for a day or so but whatever it was it was taken care of,

Beautiful Beach Stay

I stayed for five days/4 nights for a beach get-away. The moment I walked in the door, I could see a gorgeous view of the ocean which is exactly what I was looking for. The description in VRBO is spot on - there is a wonderful balcony to sit on with sweeping views of the ocean. The beach itself was not crowded. I didn't use the pool, as I have one at home and came for the ocean - but the pool was lovely and well-kept. The condo was quiet and fairly well-kept up outside. All of the people I encountered were friendly and lovely. There is an elevator, shopping carts, and luggage carts which are helpful when hauling luggage and groceries to the upper floors. I am very much looking forward to returning again soon!!

We couldn't have asked for anything better. View was amazing. Nice, clean, warm pool. Beach was perfect especially with all the chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc that they provided. Office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Many happy memories.

Great condo and in a great location

Great condo in a great location and close to everything you need. Heated pool was a bonus on the cool days. Only experienced one minor issue when we got there and it was taken care of promptly by condo management. Liked it so much, we are going back next year!

The views and location were absolutely perfect. The rental was a bit underwhelming. It had a strange smell, the sheets and towels didn't look/feel fresh and there was what looked like pet hair on some of the furniture. Other than that, the amenities were great and it was comfortable

This is our spot!

My wife and I travel to Florida on a regular basis, my in-laws live just outside of Orlando and this has become our spot. We love the beach view, the access to restaurants, we highly recommend it. Check in is easy, we simply love it.

Great Beach Stay

We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for for our family. The accomodations were perfect with plenty of room for our group of 7. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and the views from the balconies were unmatched. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were an added bonus too. Having the full kitchen was a huge help, as we were able to buy groceries and cut down on eating out expenses. The condo and surrounding property was clean, quiet, safe, and family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
