This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance.  On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels! Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two single beds, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are included.

With a few updates, it’ll be perfect!

The location is great, however the unit is well overdue for updates including furniture, washer, dryer, painting, flooring, etc. Compared to other units, it was underwhelming. Yet, it was clean and provided a safe and cool space for our family vacation.

Great location

Property location and over all a GREAT place! Really enjoyed the view. Resort was clean and staff very courteous. Unit could use a bit of attention. In the Master bedroom, the box spring bed was extremely squeaky every time you move in the bed or get out of it. Also the carpet needs cleaning in the Master bedroom, very dirty and some of kitchen cabinets need to be fixed as the are starting to fall off the hinges. Theses weren't huge issues because the rest of the Resort made up for it.

Pretty good place to stay

This unit was ok but not great. There is some work that needs to be done (walls repaired, carpets cleaned) and our air conditioning stopped working (but was repaired relatively quickly). For the money we paid, I would have expected something a little nicer. But everything worked ok except the air conditioning (not working for one evening and the next morning). The view was fabulous, location is great. Staff is helpful.

Awesome place!

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful condo with gorgeous beach view. Everything you need is included such as sheets, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Affordable condo with a great beach view!

This is the second time we have stayed at Indian Harbour Beach, but first time at this particular condo. The condo is situated on the fifth floor and you can't beat the view of the beach! The condo is furnished adequately, but could do with a few TLC updates. Nothing major, just some wear and tear on certain items, which I noticed immediately on arrival. It was clean and quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The recent hurricane did have some impact on the building and its surrounds, but nothing that can't be fixed with time. The beach appears to have shrunk a little, but for the price, you can't beat this complex and its beach front appeal. Wendy, in the office, was very helpful and dealt with a couple of minor glitches very quickly and professionally. We will be back to try out another unit at this complex!

Great Location!

Perfect older property in a prime beach location - the view is unbeatable (including being able to watch rocket launch!) and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Probably no ned to rent a car if staying at this location (take cabs/Uber). Unit is stocked with every appliance/amenity needed for a comfortable week stay. Well managed and responsive property management. We were all in agreement that we will be back next year.

Very nice unit in need of TLC. Minor issues with needs for paint touch up, missing and loose trim, destroyed screen, old washer and dryer, and extremely LOW water pressure. Still had a very nice stay.

A perfect stay!

We love the Space Coast of Florida and I searched a LOT of properties before finding this one. We were very happy with everything and had zero issues getting into the property. Having a dedicated parking space is a plus. Inside the office, Cindy and Wendy are great, and communication is great if you need anything. Alin, the property maintenance supervisor was very nice and even helped us to our room when we were trying to carry too many groceries! Weather was very typical for Florida, so it’s smart to bring rain jackets just in case you want to walk the beach in the rain. On a side note, we got to witness 2 launches and you can see the launches from your balcony! Zero issues, highest rating we can give!

Awesome location you can't get any closer to the ocean. Laid back area. Coverd parking is great. The ocean was really choppy but hurricane Ian had just came thru a few days before.
