Cette maison design de luxe au bord de l’eau, 5 chambres Ă  coucher, 4 salles de bain complĂštes, salons au premier et deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, deux foyers Ă  gaz et cuisines complĂštes aux premier et deuxiĂšme Ă©tages. Profitez du lever et des couchers de soleil depuis la chambre principale, le patio et le porche du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Le patio et la cour situĂ©s au bord de l’eau disposent d’un bar, d’un foyer, d’un porche propice Ă  la dĂ©tente et d’une plage privĂ©e. I can't say enough great things, and I have nothing negative to say. Everything was clean and so comfortable, with several great areas to make memories. The view of the boats passing by while sitting on the upstairs patio, the fantastic fire while barbecuing or sitting by the fire in the family room. We had such a wonderful time and thank you!

This house is stunning! We celebrated a birthday with friends over a long weekend and had the most amazing time. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances and had everything we could possibly want to cook gourmet dinners. The view is incredible, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Great location. Couldn’t have been any more pleased with this property.

Fantastic property in every way. Beautiful location; accessible to town, yet private. House is extremely well-appointed, spacious, comfortable. Backyard fire pit was an huge hit! Our host, Jamie, could not have been more attentive. All in all, a perfect, memorable stay!

waterfront serenity

Roomy and well appointed home right on the water. Close to town and great restaurants. The outdoor fire pit was popular. Owner/manager was close by and responsive/welcoming.

Maine Girls Trip

The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was close to cute shops and great restaurants with quintessential Maine scenery all around us. The only thing I’d mention is that the house sits verrrry close to a road and a parking lot on one side and we did hear trucks early in the morning as well as fishing boats as they left the harbor to head out for the day. It certainly didn’t detract from the beauty of the home, and we would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful home and amazing service

This home is extremely beautiful and clean. The location could not be better. To top it off, Jamie from the management team was there when we arrived and even helped me carry luggage in for my family. I couldn't speak highly enough of Jamie and the property. We will be back! Adorable spot!

Beautiful home and views. The firepit out back was wonderful for relaxing evenings outside. The shrubs and tree are not cut down like you see in the photos though so if you're sitting, you cannot see the water. A few items were missing/empty but Jamie got them to us right away! There is some cute shopping and a coffee shop right across the street otherwise the main shopping/restaurants are about a mile down the road. Acute spot for our short family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The outdoor space was perfect and we enjoyed watching the sunset by the fire. Close proximity to shops was nice. Will definitely be going back again!

Our Family Reunion Stay

Our reunion was 15 years in the making. So, this was an important vacation for us. The house is just as portrayed online. Very nice, comfortable beds, clean and kitchen is fairly well equipped. For people traveling with children - do note that there are no games, puzzles and only one sand bucket! We left one of the games we bought there for the next family. ;-) The property manager is very responsive. We would stay here again - just come with more toys!

3 day seaside stay

We had a lovely stay in this spacious seaside home that was true to it's listing. We enjoyed amazing views, well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, plentiful kitchenware, and wonderful outdoor spaces (outdoor grill, fire pit and accessible beach). Close proximity to shops was nice as well. Check In was seamless and host responded in a timely fashion to any inquiries. Tight parking would benefit from a closer trim on shrubbery/trees. Overall I give this house a true 5 out of 5 rating.

Sensational 60’s! 🎉

This was a getaway for a small group of women who’ve been friends for 45+ (some even longer 😁) years. Every 10 years we’ve gone away together to celebrate a milestone birthday. Ocean Pointe was just the quiet luxury we were looking for in a destination. The home was beautifully appointed and in close proximity to town, beaches and restaurants. It was a lovely spot to relax and catch up over a glass of wine, read books and share memories whilst making new ones. The only challenge was parking, difficult for the 4 cars we had. The manager was prompt in supplying a few missing amenities. Overall a lovely spot that we’d love to revisit in future.

Stunning views and Well appointed

We had a wonderful stay at this property (6 adults, 6 kids ages 5-9). With our crowd it was great to have 2 hang out areas; although we basically didn’t use the second small kitchen it was nice to have 2nd fridge. House is VERY well appointed- lots of towels (for bath and beach), “starter” items included paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and washing machine pods, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. All of that was greatly appreciated coming from out of town. Heads up there are no puzzles or games provided or beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys (obviously fine just pack accordingly!). There weren’t really any dressers or nightstands with drawers so it was a little annoying to mostly live out of your suitcase the entire time (master has a closet with shelves and bunk room has a dresser). You could walk to a couple shops right nearby and 1-2 miles into downtown Kennebunkport (too far for our littles but a quick drive). Bushes/greenery between lawn and beach is much higher than in pictures but view is great from up at the house or 2nd floor deck. Waterfront in front of the house is gorgeous- “beach” is an all rock beach and not really good for swimming bc it’s more of a channel for boats. Good place to try to fish. Not far from great beaches- Gooch’s, Goose Rocks or Fortunes Rock (our favorite!). Go early to them for parking and pay at meter for “pass”. House has room for 3 parking but it is REALLY tight (we had 3 SUVs and had to do some juggling)
