Incredibly wonderful beach house. Plenty of room for 8 adults, 6 children. Would recommend for any group with lots of ages and preferences. Helped to create wonderful family reunion.

This house was in a PRIME location. The views were gorgeous from everywhere in the house. We really enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out on the many porches. This house was even better than expected, two massive kitchens, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and so peaceful. You are also only a short drive away from the pier. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is stunning! We stayed here with our wedding party and it couldn't have been a better place for it. The beach is steps from the house and the location is close to both Old Orchard Beach and Portland for restaurants and fun. Lina was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed during the stay. If I could have one piece of feedback it would be that the beds in the basement room are a little thin - better for kids rooms than adult rooms. Overall, such a beautiful house that's great for a group.

This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. Would recommend and hope to visit again if we need space for a large group.

Maine beach house

This is how the other half live. We stay at this house for five days. We love how we got the private beach access. The house could accommodate more people as listed.property management stay in contact with us, and help us with our needs. Excellent property.

Little snafu as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived but the hose had it cleaned and ready within a few hours. Beautiful home and location but spartan furnishings and items. Kitchen was pretty light on pots, pans, etc. there are two washing machines but no soap, a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent, etc.

We stayed in July of 2025. This home has fantastic beach views, and it has a nice coastal feel and a good layout for a large group. The furniture is a bit sparse and is not arranged as well as it could be. By way of example, there is a tiny couch in the main living area, so there is not really comfortable seating for a group in that space. Also, the online descriptions of beds is confusing, so calling the property manager was a necessity for us. There was no posting of basic info such as wifi password, garbage directions, where things were located, etc. There was virtually nothing useful in the kitchen... no salt, pepper, not enough utensils, etc.. The property manager advised us to go to the Dollar Store for basics, which we did... we had to buy beach towels, napkins, paper towels, condiments, etc...
