Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil au monde. Pêcher au large de la jetée juste en bas de la plage. Descendez l'ascenseur et sur le sable blanc de Madeira Beach.

Ce condo entièrement équipé est situé sur la plage juste en face de la célèbre Pass Village de John et ancienne promenade de temps. Pass John dispose d'excellents restaurants, des boutiques, des spectacles, des chartes de pêche, plongée en apnée, bombardements, observation des dauphins, parachute ascensionnel, location de jet-ski, plongée sous-marine, et le dîner / croisières de casino.

Notre condo dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale et un lit queen-size dans la deuxième chambre. Séjour et chambre des maîtres ont des portes coulissantes au grand balcon .. Fixez ascenseurs d'entrée clés. Nous sommes situés sur la plage, au 2ème étage et notre vision visages Pass John.

Nous sommes situés à seulement 90 minutes des attractions de Walt Disney; 30 minutes de Busch Gardens Tampa et Aquarium; ainsi que 20 minutes de Saint- Pier-Pétersbourg. Trolley en face du bâtiment va de Clearwater Beach à Saint- plage Petersburg. Bus à des centres commerciaux et de la zone en face de bldg.

I spent a week here with my husband and 2 teenagers. We had plenty of room. The condo was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were extras like beach chairs, beach toys, fishing spikes and coolers. It’s conveniently located across from John’s Pass so we didn’t have to go far for dinner or shopping. Beach was wonderful. My husband and son fished many mornings.

This two bedroom condo was located in the heart of Johns Pass. You can walk to the boardwalk, the beach and pool are steps away. The place was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listen to the band play at the bar across the street at night. It was a nice way to end the day. We miss it already and plan to book it again in the future.

The unit was fairly nice. My low rating has to do with the fact that I rented this unit in NOVEMBER, and despite the unit owner being notified in MARCH that the pool would be closed during the month of May for renovations, her Vrbo post was never updated and I was NEVER informed until about 2 weeks prior to our stay when she 'reminded' me of the pool closure. I inquired about a partial refund. I researched local hotels (not really any in the immediate area) where you could buy pool passes on a daily basis, but the paltry amount refunded did not even cover the cost of pool passes for ONE of us. She REFUSED to even have an adult conversation about the issue, instead playing the 'because I'm your Mom and I said so' card. She kept telling me she would offer a full refund, but 2 weeks out, it was impossible to find anything comparable in price and location. We love this building and location, and we'll be back . . . just not to this unit.

Our stay was great. Communication with Susan, the Host was great as well. we knew exactly how to check in/out and had no issues. Overall, the stay was great even if the weather didn't quite cooperate. would definitely book there again.

Rich and Molly were very thoughtful hosts!!! They created a binder with local eateries and attractions for visitors to take advantage of fun things around them. This property was cozy and beautiful, perfect for our bride's bachelorette weekend. The property is close to several attractions near Mystic, CT and both Mohegan and Foxwoods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

The property was perfect for my wife and me. We have stayed in this complex before and enjoy it very much. The grounds are taken care of very well. The only issue we had was with key lockbox was very difficult to access and open from the angle that hangs from. Other than that, we will be staying there again.

Great place to stay

The Condo was fantastic and beautiful! Had everything we needed. Right on the beach and could walk across the street for shopping or eating at John's Pass. I would say the only negative we had here was the pool size, it was a little on the small size, but still efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

July Beach Vacation

Condo was tastefully decorated with a coastal vibe. Convenient to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Madeira Beach is our go to for a beach vacation. Can't beat the beautiful white sand and gorgeous sunsets!! Susan is a great host!

Great location

Clean and had the essentials ready for use. Loved the beach gear and being able to vacuum up any sand we didn’t manage to kick off. Wonderful location on the beach with private gate access.
