Kima Condominium est situĂ© au 14300 Gulf Blvd. Ă  Madeira Beach, en Floride, Ă  seulement 40 minutes de l'aĂ©roport international de Tampa. A INTERNET. PĂȘche, canotage, natation, couchers de soleil relaxants, recherche de coquillages, bains de soleil, restaurants, shopping, excursions de pĂȘche en haute mer, croisiĂšres de jeu et VILLAGE JOHNS PASS de renommĂ©e mondiale sont tous accessibles Ă  pied pour votre plaisir. Ce condo a une belle vue sur la plage / l'ocĂ©an depuis le salon / salle Ă  manger et la chambre principale. L'unitĂ© de bain 2 chambres a une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans chaque chambre et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon. Le bĂątiment dispose d'une piscine chauffĂ©e, d'une terrasse ensoleillĂ©e et d'un ascenseur et de deux escaliers. Location du samedi au samedi uniquement. Nous aimons les animaux mais ils ne sont pas autorisĂ©s.

Juste une courte distance en voiture de St. Petersburg / Clearwater et ses attractions (Pier, Musée Dali, Baseball Spring Training, golf / tennis) est à seulement 20 minutes; Tampa possÚde un bel aquarium et les jardins Busch sont à 45 minutes. Orlando et ses attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) est à moins de 2 heures!
Nous avons un trÚs grand balcon en plein air et les meilleurs tarifs sur la plage !!! Vous loueriez d'un propriétaire et nous vous transmettons les économies afin que nous puissions revenir chaque année et savoir que vous passerez un bon moment et que vous voudrez revenir encore et encore.

We had a great first time in Madeira Beach and at this condo. The location was great and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again when we go back to this area.

A perfect stay!

The property and condo were very clean and well kept. Just a few steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. You can’t beat the view and location for the price. We will stay here again!

Property was great location and very clean. Elevator broke 2nd day there but was fixed next morning. We will be renting here again.

Can see dolphins daily from your balcony. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient. The pool is heated and clean. Less than a mile walk to John's Pass.

This was a wonderful condo but we did not stay in 305 we stayed in 204!! We cannot wait for next year! It was the best vacation we’ve had and we have been coming for 15 years!

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of beds. Both were lacking. A small investment into a more efficient cleaner and some softer bedding could go a long way. Great location, easy to access.

Nice place to stay

We were quite pleased with the property overall and the location is fantastic. The pool area is very nice and security is very thorough. The only major problem was that all of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. They had all been put away dirty and with food residue all over them. We will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Family vacation on the beach

The view is wonderful. The location is also nice. There were a few beach toys that were a nice surprise. The unit had some issues which the owner did get to ASAP. Needs some new pillows and blankets. Especially in the small bedroom. Overall we had a good time!

Amazing

This was a last minute destination change. Will definitely be back. The view is perfect on the balcony as we watched the dolphins swim the beach everyday. Condo is cozy and has adequate room space for 5 people with two bathrooms ,a major plus for getting ready to go out.

Always stay at Kima, since 2008. Always good, no surprises. Charles always cannot be beat on price. Almost feel it is my own condo. Any problem is taken care of right away.

We had a GREAT Time!

Property was right on the beach. The rooms were nice, it was great having a separate bathroom for the kids. Very convenient to have washer, dryer, stove and a refrigerator. I had coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the dolphins going up and down the coast. Walking distance to John's Pass, food, entertainment. Grocery store within a mile. Plenty for teenagers to do. We enjoyed it, and will be booking again for next year. Thanks

July vacation with red tide

Place was spacious. Older furniture but it worked. Only stayed half the time due to red tide and didn’t go in the water. Otherwise place is priced accordingly. Charles was nice and was very responsive. Have good recommendations

Great View for the Value!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to the parking lot and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the area like shopping at John's Pass, Mini Golf at Smugglers Adventure and night walks on the beach. (BRING FLASH LIGHTS!). Few favorite restaurant we had were Conch Republic and Sea Breeze where you can eat outside on the inlet (Waterview). White beach chairs cannot be removed from property, local beach cabana company allows you to rent chairs on the beach (which we did the whole week, ($8/Chair or 2/$15).

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Kima condos is a 30 unit building only 1 mile from famous John's Pass Village. HAS INTERNET/WIFI. The building has an elevator with 2 stairways. The POOL is seasonally heated and has chairs along with lounge chairs and concrete picnic tables, you can rinse off at at foot or full body shower outside. The private patio is only a few yards to the water.
The property is so convenient to Winn Dixie Grocery, a mile away and Publix only 2 miles.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful white sand and warmer waters than the Atlantic. The gulf gives you beautiful sunsets, get for photographs. The beach is wide enough to fly a kite, recline in the sun without the big crowds of narrow beaches. You can even enjoy the pool with an ocean view. We like to eat early so we do not miss the sunsets which is the best time to be on the beach. Hearing the waves break from the private balcony is very relaxing and there is also the view of the bay from the front door entrance to enjoy. We will try to honor your request for a specific unit but we can not guarantee it. All Kima Condos face the gulf/beach and are 2BD/2BTH with the same floor plan and amenities. The pool has gated entrance and many lounge and chairs to enjoy the sun. Kima is one of the best condos on Madeira Beach. Has internet/wifi.
