The best of both worlds, Vista Del Mar is located right on the beach yet, a short walk to the Malecon and centro. This one bedroom condo is perfect for a romantic getaway with breathtaking ocean views from both the living room and the enclosed terrace. Make some margaritas in the fully equipped kitchen, open the accordion windows on the terrace and enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the sunset from the dining table. Let the sound of crashing waves lull you to sleep on the queen size Posturepedic pillow top bed.
This quiet, secured complex has two beachfront pools with gated access to the beach, a grocery store one block away and tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The location was awesome, perfect for folks that want to explore and experience all of the variety Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Beach front with a small pools. Sea Breezes blowing into the condo each morning with morning coffee...cant wait to return.

Beachfront getaway

This condo was the perfect home base for our Puerto Vallarta getaway! It’s small but super comfortable, with stunning ocean views right from inside the condo. The location is ideal—just a quick walk to the Malecón, where we enjoyed amazing food, drinks, and live music every night. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in a safe, quiet building. We especially loved relaxing by the pool and watching the sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Beach Getaway

We loved our stay in this little gem on the beach! The condo was even greater than the pictures. The location was awesome--in a quiet neighborhood but central to everything we wanted. Michelle and Rangel were great at communication. When we come back, we plan to stay here again. Awesome stay!

Amazing Views!!

One of my favorite trips!! My husband and I sat and watched the whales every morning while drinking coffee! The sunsets were breathtaking! We could walk everywhere....you are right in the heart of the city. Loved how we weren't in a high rise hotel very peaceful and loved the location!! We will be back!

Spectacular stay!

Wow! I can't say enough about this property. This spot completely exceeded our expectations. The photos are exactly as the home looks in person but possible more charming. The home was clean and excellently appointed. Plenty of towels, bottled water, fully stocked kitchen and a book of recommendations that was super useful. The guest book reads with people that have stayed here repeatedly, and we'll happily join the club. Thank you so much for having us.

PV Getaway

Fantastic stay. Great location and property. As advertised. I have to say you cannot get closer to the beach! This is for people who want a little more authentic Mexico as you are close to so many great little restaurants and bars. Very close to the Malecon. Highly recommend. I did read a review that pigeons were a problem at this location but we did not experience that at all.

Awesome beachfront condo

The condo was perfect for our needs. Right on Playa Camarones, you can open up the windows to catch the breeze off the ocean. Nice little swimming pools to hang out at, too. This place is close to a bunch of restaurants and shops, easy to walk everywhere. The pigeons are numerous but you get used to them. Quiet, peaceful, well furnished and clean. The property manager is very responsive and professional. Nice accommodation and we highly recommend.

Beyond expectations !

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. It was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and it was absolutely amazing. The location of the property was perfect ! And it was beautiful and homey. We loved the location on the beach and it was in walking distance to literally everything. The food in PV was great and we even cooked at the property. We will 💯 be back but definitely for a longer stay !

House and location were great, but the birds were horrible.

The house was adequate, and location was great but the birds that nest on the windows made for a messy vacay. Could not use the pool, we were too scared of the bird's mess and feathers, didn't want to catch a bird virus. We also had 1 dead bird on the terrace for a couple of days. The host did not respond immediately but did respond and was very nice. It was a holiday/festival so I can't blame him. The AC was amazing, kitchen was fully equipped, coffee maker was broken but we received a new one on the same day after lunch. We were able to easily walk to the Malecon and Zona RomĂĄntica. Water was cold in the afternoon, so no late showers but the beds and couch were very comfortable. The area was vibrant and busy. Spot was great for couples but not the best for kids.

Fantastic beachfront in a quiet getaway location

Woke up to the ocean waves gently breaking on the beach every morning putting a smile on our faces! Location was perfect if you want a quiet spot close to the boardwalk and easy walking distance to Zona Romantica. Great coffe at Cafe La Ventana around the corner. Chairs and umbrellas in the closet for the beach! We had books but there is a nice selection next to the bed. Comfy and quiet part of the beach. Perfect for a couples getaway! We will come back!

Amazing Space! Amazing Location!

This is a truly amazing accommodation from the movement you walk in and notice the Ocean view out of every window. It’s set up beautifully with all the comforts you need and more. Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves could not be any more relaxing. I had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful well-appointed apartment with comfortable, cozy furnishings and gorgeous views.

We absolutely loved staying here - great location near to stores, restaurants, the MalecĂłn, etc. the owners were easy to communicate with and the manager was very attentive and helpful recommendations and special assistance. We will be back!!

Great location!

Rangel the property mgmt was there to greet us and thank goodness assisted us in carrying our bags to the third floor condo! We expected a balcony, but it worked out. The owner went out of their way to accommodate, there was even a hand held mirror for us ladies when doing hair! Comfy bed, big shower, nice cold AC. Our only complaint is the terrible pigeon problem that is easily fixed as other units had fake owls on their buildings and no pigeons! That being said, when laying at the pool, unless under an umbrella, you will get dumped on😏 The water pressure was low but that’s Mexico! Again, keep in mind where the condo is which is a great location and deal with the little things! We would rent again and you should highly consider doing so! Also
.. Rangel helped us down the stairs with luggage when we departed! Rangel was a HUGE HELP! Rent this place!

Great property in a great location

My wife and I have been regular visitors to Puerto Vallarta for over 30 years. The property is in an excellent location with good security. Michelle and the local property manager were very responsive to our needs. It is fully furnished and on the ocean. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator access. Future guests with mobility issues should keep this in mind.

Nice stay

Only negative is that the water pressure from all taps was pretty compromised. Don’t know if that is specific to the condo or a PV thing. Otherwise a very comfortable and cozy stay!

Excellent accommodation!

The property was beautiful, very well equipped and maintained in a wonderful location. The property manager was friendly and very knowledgeable. Our big issue was inability to communicate when we arrived since we were not on the internet after getting off the plane. Therefore we had to wait outside the building in the heat with our luggage without knowing if or when he would turn up. He did arrive 20 minutes later wondering why we weren’t responding to his messages. Everything worked out but it was not a good start after a long flight.
