Block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. Great neighborhood - just park your car and walk everywhere.
Anything that you might need is just a short walk from the house.
Enjoy this beautiful 5 bedroom home just renovated. Luxury, updated finishes combined with a old world charm. Large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom.

The space
The house
The whole house is a duplex. The apartment is on first and second floor with it's own entrance.
The first floor has access to the backyard & porch.
Parking is available - up to 4 cars!!

Guest access
Guess access is to entire property with exception of the bottom floor, which is a separate apartment (sometimes used only by the owner). Main entrance is through the front door and back kitchen door with the smart lock.

Miscellaneous
The home has a tankless hot water system, so the hot water never runs out.
Beach tags available for the guest.
The backyard can be used. Patio furniture pillows are stored in the box and can be used by guests. Backyard features outdoor shower and large dining table, that seats 12.
The house sleeps 15 -16 people sleep comfortably.
28 yo minimum age requirement to book, or stay.
No high school or college students on premises unless accompanied by at least 1 parent.
Please keep this house smoke free.
This is our home, so please treat it, and our neighbors with the same respect you would treat your neighbors.
Quiet time is after 10pm.

Spacious house, very clean. Well appointed with linens and towels. Short walk to the beach. Wanda was very easy to work with. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great for extended families

Stayed with extended family and had a wonderful time. Overall the place was clean and very comfortable. Best part is an easy walk to the beach.

Easy living!

The property is everything the listing describes. The home, neighborhood and location are lovely and convenient! The owner is very responsive and helpful.Aside from the living room furniture being soiled, our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend the property.

Having a bathroom for every bedroom is definitely a plus. Not only is it a large clean house, but it is also close to the Saturday night concerts on the beach, restaurants, and a delicious ice cream store. It's a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach, so it's an easy to return to the house if you left something behind.

Great Time

The kitchen is well equip . The beach is very close. The only drawback was the wifi which was strong in the front of the house but very week in the rear. We enjoyed our stay very much anf the owner was very responsive on one issue.

Joyous vacation in Ventnor, NJ

Our family enjoyed a beautiful time at this lovely home in Ventnor. The hosts were wonderful. Having a bathroom for each guestroom was a great bonus. Beach badges were provided and the beach was a short walk away. We would absolutely be delighted to stay at this property again.

Perfection in Ventnor

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the outdoor spaces were enjoyed by all. The pictures do not do the house justice...even more beautiful than shown. Most importantly, the house was spotless.

Perfect beach house

This house is beautifully renovated, spacious and very comfortable. Each bedroom has a bath, and the kitchen has everything you need. We were 5 adults staying in our house, but were staying in Ventnor for a family reunion so many family members were in and out of the house all week. It's a wonderful house for a large group to hang out. Plus, the location is great- quick walk to the beach. Wanda was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Great house at the beach!

A perfect vacation for my family. The house was the right size and really nice. A great renovation. A block and a half from the beach in one direction, and Zorros's Pizza one block the other way. Very clean. The outside space was perfect for young children. The weather cooperated and the hosts were great. Wanda and her husband, plus dog Lola, were wonderful. We will be back!

Last minute gathering

My family and I needed a home for a last minute gathering/memorial and this home was perfect. It was so nice inside, kitchen was great, outdoor areas were beautiful and private. We all thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor showers (two of them) and highly recommend this home. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue and they came and resolved that day for us even though we were only there for three nights. Highly recommend.

Simply Paradise

This is the second summer that I have rented this property. It is a wonderful home with room for everyone. My family was raised in Northfield, NJ just over the Margate Bridge. Coming and stay here in the summer is like coming home again. We get to visit with friends and neighbors and my boys get to see their high school friends (grown now with families of their own). This lovely home is a short walk to a life gaurded beach and many options for dining. Simply paradise!

AMAZING and MEMORABLE!!! The House is beautiful and clean; stocked with all the necessities. Comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. It was so close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. The open layout/setup of the house was perfect. We used each room so ideally to hang with family. We had movie night in the den, kitchen/dining area is spacious and beautifully done! Outdoor space is so lovely and perfect for our family and friends get together. It just felt like “home away from home” so warm and welcoming. Communication with Wanda (host) was excellent - she was quick to respond, helpful, and kind! Our family had such a fabulous time that we are already talking about going back in August (if it all lines up); but to be sure - we will be back!

Great Beach House

This was our 2nd year staying at this beach house and we love it. If you should need to contact Wanda, she responds quickly. The house is just as it is depicted on the VRBO website - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and supplied with all the necessities. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and that is a real plus for us. The outdoor showers are great, especially for young children who come off the beach covered in sand. It is in wonderful location, so we are able to walk to a variety of delicious restaurants, a great ice cream shop, and it is a quick walk to the beach which makes it easy with our grandchildren. On Saturday nights, you can walk to a concert which is only a few blocks away on the boardwalk.

Terrific House

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. Wanda greeted us and walked us around her home, which was a nice welcome. As the three groups of our family arrived, they said, "Wow! This is beautiful!" It was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for our large group - 6 adults and a 4 1/2 and 3 year old. The house was very clean, which is of the upmost importance to us. The renovations were absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spacious, a bathroom for every bedroom was ideal, and the location was great - easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and an ice cream shop. You could tell that Wanda and her husband really put a lot of thought into making their house very welcoming to their guests. We made use of the outdoor areas and the two outdoor showers were perfect for my young grandsons, who always come off the beach covered in sand. We all agreed that this was our best rental house by far, so we are definitely returning next year.

4 Generations of Fun

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wanda is easy to reach when you have a question. The first floor bedroom was perfect for the great grandmother of our family. The other bedrooms were also very comfortable. Having a bathroom in each bedroom is wonderful.

Ideal beach vacation rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is so conveniently located to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Easy access to both Ventnor and Margate on foot or bike. The outdoor areas are very comfortable for lounging and dining as well as storing bikes and beach gear. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this property for your Ventnor vacation.

Jersey Shore Gem

The house was exactly as described and pictured. This beautiful home was clean and well stocked. We especially liked the layout of the first floor. There is plenty of parking and anything you need is within walking distance. Wanda was great at answering questions promptly. If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed.

AMAZING!

This house was so lovely. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The rooms were all well appointed! The kitchen was awesome. The location was excellent and Wanda was very accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Great fit for our group!

This house was great for our large group (9 adults, 3 infants) with lots of rooms, bathrooms and beds. All the moms really appreciated having a room, bed and bathroom for themselves without having to coordinate with others. The house is 1.5 blocks from the beach and the beach itself was nice. The street is tight and so is the drive-way. We were able to fit 4 cars onto the driveway (1 sedan, 3 SUVs), but it required some maneuvering (ie, opening gate). There is street parking but because the street is narrow, many of the cars park slanted and onto the sidewalk. There is a really nice outdoor shower which we are really loved to use after a day at the beach. The host was responsive and communicated well with me before and during my stay! I would come back!
