Enjoy this beautiful one level 5-bedroom home in St. George, Utah. This home is truly your home away from home. Tour to St. George is in the brand new Ladera Community near Zion and St. George, Utah.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Complimentary passes will be given for The Washington Recreation Center. With the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah, the Washington City Community Center is set to make a splash! An 8-lane 25-yard competition pool is complemented by a 10,174 square foot beach entry leisure pool with a lazy river, 3 stories hydro tube slide, play sets for all ages, splash pad, and an enormous 317-gallon dump bucket designed to keep you cool!

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and filled every need. We visited 3 of the National Parks in the area and enjoyed a 2 hr. horseback ride. All in all a great family vacation.

Thus property was perfect for us! It was a great location easy to get to the fields! We had a great time together but so nice to have our private spaces as well. The house is beautiful and comfortable with everything needed for a great stay!

The property was wonderful, perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the home was very comfortable.Two things to note... 1 - there were not enough wash clothes in the upstairs bathrooms2 - The reclining couch would not un-reclineThanks for everything!

Close to everything

Very nice property with comfortable beds and amenities. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool, especially with the added shaded area. Not really any backyard to speak of, but a nice Kitchenaid grill we only used once because of the excessive heat. Well stocked with paper products, detergent, etc. A short drive to Zion and many great golf courses. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Comfortable Home!

There were 11 family members plus my 18 month old grandson. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of privacy. The beds are amazing. We all slept so well. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, linens, etc. Other than your clothes and toiletries, you need not bring anything else but groceries!

Great place to stay but description was inaccurate.

The house was actually great and clean! However, the description of the property said that it was on one level. We had one person in our party who uses a wheelchair. When we arrived we expected it to be all on one level but it was actually on two. It made it very inconvenient for us and especially the person that was in the wheelchair.

Good place for kids

My kids loved the foosball table, playroom under the stairs, and all the games and toys. The community pool and hot tub were great as well. The listing is a little misleading in that they no longer offer the aquatic tickets since the pool/hot tub are open. So if that is a big selling feature for you then you will be disappointed. Communication with the host was hit and miss whether she would respond promptly or would have to contact her a couple times before she would respond. Also, the washing machine was broken while we were there so that was a bummer. Thankfully, we were compensated pretty well for the inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.
