Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Notre maison de 6 chambres 6 moitié de bain est situé dans une grande baie sur le 19 mm et est à quelques minutes du centre commercial Outlet, Cinémas, Panera Bread et sur The Rise Bakery. Cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances multi-famille, réunions de famille ou des retraites d'entreprise. Il dispose d'une piscine privée avec plongeoir et toboggan. Le quai privé a un bordereau de bateau 14x40 pour votre usage ainsi que deux ondes bordereaux de coureur. En outre, il ya un bateau de pagaie et kayak pour votre plaisir récréatif. La grande véranda est parfait pour les repas en plein air ou tout simplement profiter de la vue. Le foyer extérieur est un endroit parfait pour hot-dog et de guimauve torréfaction.

La cuisine gastronomique est Ă©norme avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, deux rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs, deux lavabos, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă  vin et des comptoirs en granit. La chambre familiale spacieuse a poutres apparentes des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Il a une histoire en deux, trois bois de feu de cheminĂ©e face pour les feux d'hiver douillet. Les films peuvent ĂȘtre dĂ©gustĂ©s sur la 50 'plasma haute dĂ©finition. TV dans la chambre de la famille ou sur le plat Ă©cran plasma haute dĂ©finition. TV dans la chambre principale. La buanderie spacieuse dispose de 2 ensembles de laveuses et sĂ©cheuses pour votre commoditĂ©. Il ya une salle de douche et dressing hors de l'entrĂ©e de la piscine pour un nettoyage facile aprĂšs la baignade.

La chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bains spacieuse. La 2Úme chambre a un lit queen et un lit jumeau La troisiÚme chambre a un lit superposé et 2 lits jumeaux. Ces chambres se partagent une salle de bain de Jack et Jill. La 4Úme chambre a un lit queen et un jumeau et sa propre salle de bains. Les chambres 5e et 6e disposent de lits queen et partagent la salle de bain salle. Le niveau inférieur comprend une salle de bains, une table de ping-pong, une table de jeu, une table de billard, un canapé en coupe et une grande télévision à écran plat, ainsi que beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour les sacs de couchage ou les coussins.

L'anse est parfait pour les sports nautiques et la natation. La cour de niveau fait fers à cheval et les rondelles un must. Il ya beaucoup de stationnement dans la zone en face du garage ainsi que sur la grande allée. L'allée a également un grand panier de basket pour ramasser jeux. Si vous aimez la sensation de Big Cedar Lodge, vous aimerez notre belle maison de vacances en famille!

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The care taker was responsive to my texts and pleasantly attended to any of our requests. We would consider returning to this home in the future.

The host, Bill, was amazing! He’s went out of the way to ensure we found the location
 the house was also amazing! Spacious rooms, very clean, and welcoming! Our family truly enjoyed ourselves. The minor tweaks we shared included patching a couple of holes on the screened in porch areas bc of the squirrels, cleaning the carpet and ensuring the pool cover is secured for safety reasons. Overall, we LOVE this place and plan to return in May 2026.

Fantastic Lake Vacation

Overall fantastic experience. There were 14 of us and the house and property was large enough for us to spread out. Bill and Bryan were were a pleasure to work with. This was a dream vacation for us and it exceeded all of our expectations. Great location on the lake with plenty of activities. Highly recommend!!

Great Family Reunion Trip

My family has had a reunion nearly every year for the past 2 decades and this house had everything we needed to have another great year. The lake was beautiful and the pool was clean and ready to use. We normally do our trip later in the year so the water was still a little cold in late May. Host and his team were very helpful and responsive.

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at this amazing property! From fishing off the dock, swimming in the large pool, boating on the lake , sitting by the fire pit at night or just enjoying the great views. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations spots! The host and caretaker Bryan were So helpful and accommodating! We will be back to make more memories!

Family Trip

This is a lovely home right on the water with a covered dock that we used everyday to fish and hang out on! The inground pool is a great asset; it was used daily as well! Plenty of living space indoors where we played games nightly. Location of this home is on point too; very close to all things: restaurants, the strip, shopping district etc.

Gorgeous House with amazing grounds

We enjoyed our stay with lots of adults and children, and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was pleasantly shaded and private, and the dock offered hours of fun. Bill and Bryan were responsive at all times and checked on things throughout the week. Pulling up to the house by boat at dusk was so beautiful. We would definitely stay at this house again. Its was a wonderfully relaxing week with family.

Ozarks 2023

Property is very nice and well kept. We were there one of the hottest weeks I can remember in the Ozarks with the temps in the 100’s every day. We have vacationed in the lake multiple times and we had 14 Adults and 2 2.5yr olds. More than ample room. We used the pool every day. Definitely would recommend the property and the Property Manager Bryan was excellant!!

Nice place for family reunion

Beautiful location with great lake views. Bedrooms and bathrooms conveniently placed and beds very comfortable. Rental not as well stocked as we had expected, but management quickly responded to any of our requests and did all they could to accommodate us and make us comfortable. We have one suggestion, installing a railing on the stairway to downstairs. Overall, a great place to stay and we would not hesitate to rent again. PS. Fishing off the deck was good--and fun!

Doe Camp

Our group of 9 ladies stayed at this Lake home during our annual Doe Camp trip In November. The home is beautiful, extremely spacious, and has gorgeous views of the Lake. There were 5 additional beds that were not used so this home could accommodate 15+ people comfortably. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He was very attention to any questions that we had. This home is a real find!

Absolutely One of Our Favorites

Our family of around ~20 people try to get together once a year. Our stay was around Labor Day weekend, one of the busiest for lake season. The location was amazing, close to grocery stores. The amenities were on point. The pool was amazing. The fishing on the dock was awesome. There was so much room for the family. It was family friendly - meaning I wasn't worried that the littles would break anything. We loved having the paddle boat and the kayaks. Bryan was awesome. Overall, awesome stay and I will be staying at one of Bill's properties again next year. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Family vacation

I booked this for a vacation with our adult children and their spouses. It was an amazing time. Th property was everything that was advertised. When I communicated with the owner before we arrived with questions, the response time was within a day. The caretaker was prompt and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this. Because there were several smokers in our group, it would have been nice to have a sheltered area to do so. Thankfully it only rained part of a day.

This is a fantastic older home. The views of the lake are stunning. There is a private pool that greets you when you walk through the gate. We used every room in this house. There are multiple living spaces a massive kitchen with two separate sinks, two refrigerators and a wine chiller. There is a fantastic screened in porch. There is a fire pit. The lawn is generally flat and works for lawn games. The deck is large and there was room for our boat and jet skis. The bedrooms are large. The basement has a ping pong table, pool table, tv area and eating area, plus a bedroom and bathroom. It is true that some reviewers did not like having to pay to have the pool heated and the pool water was cold, however, heating the pool is expensive, and it was worth it to us to pay the extra money to have the pool heated. The caretaker is friendly and available anytime by text. There was a sweet little beagle mix dog that showed up every evening named tator tot and our grandchildren fell in love with him. We have rented at least 15 homes in the Lake of the Ozarks over the years and this one may be our favorite. You are 10 minutes from Walmart/Target/ groceries and restaurants, mini golf and shopping. This was a fantastic trip and everyone agreed this home was perfect!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the property except for an accident our mother had on the dock walkway. The concrete pavers covering the dock walkway were uneven (one higher than the other), resulting in a bad fall and a trip to the ER for a broken nose. The property manager came and taped over the area but there are several places on the property steps and walkways that need to be fixed to prevent accidents.

Best Family Vacation Ever

The pictures do not do this property justice. We had the best family vacation ever! Every part of this property was used by myself and my family (young and old). The kitchen was awesome for us (we made every meal at home), we used every deck and seating area. We used the fire pit and made smores. The rec room was a hit because the kids set up their gaming system. The dock was a hit! Fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. The inground pool was a hit. I was thrilled that everyone said they would come back again to this house for vacation. Most importantly, this vacation for our family was awesome because Bryan, the property manager was there every day taking care of the pool, giving us tips on activities in the area, making us laugh, and truly invested in us having a great time. We did.

Beautiful property! Very roomy, space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. 2 sets of washers and dryers and 2 refrigerators! Brian, the caretaker, was there every morning and evening to check on the pool and property. This was our 5th house we have rented over the years and he was the first caretaker to walk us through and tell us which thermostats controlled each section of the house and point out any issues that occurred that they we’re waiting to fix (broken headboard). He was very prompt in reply to calls and texts too. Our grandkids really enjoyed themselves with the pool, boat dock and kayaks. Everyone said it was the best home they have stayed in while visiting the lake and we would definitely rebook again. Thank you for a great week!

Great Older home

We rented this property mid September 2022. 12 adults and 4 toddlers, 2 babies. It was great for us. Everyone loved the spacious home. The location was ideal and afforded privacy not always found in newer homes on the lake. The boat dock was perfect with the exception of docking for jet skis. Good fishing off the dock! The property manager was a bonus and exceptional. End of season always has its show of wear and tear but all in all we would be back in a heartbeat.

Annual Lake Trip

Our group was a huge fan of Bill's property! There was more than plenty of space for us, and the location was fantastic. Having easy access to the dock, in a quiet cove was a big plus. The screened-in porch definitely came in handy when we encountered rain on the front end of our stay. Bill and his property manager were very responsive to our questions and requests and Bill gave us an outstanding recommendation for dinner. Highly recommend!

Best vacation ever

My family of 14 rents a lake house every summer. This year we decided to go further than we usually do (we’re from the Chicagoland area). This house and it’s amenities were well worth the 7 hour drive. The house is straight out of HGTV. It was gorgeous and more than enough space for my family. The view of the lake from the living room was outstanding. We rented an 11 person speed boat and a jet ski. The house is on a cove off of the busy Lake Ozark. So the kids were able to drive the water crafts during the week when it was less busy. Did I mention the pool? It was in the 90’s while we were there so the pool was well used. The kids loved the diving board and the slide. We loved the on the lake restaurants where we could dock our boat and have lunch. We did that twice at two different lake restaurants, both of which had pools so you can go for a swim if you need to wait for a table. We also found a cliff diving wall where the group climbed the hill and jumped 32 feet into Lake Ozark. We have plenty of videos of that. Our property manager, Brian, was terrific. He was on site every day in case there were any issues or if there was anything we needed. He also cleaned the pool every day. On arrival day we were early and the cleaning crew was still inside. He told the kids they could use the pool while we waited. A very much appreciated gesture on a hot day. The covered dock in the front of the house was plenty of room for our boat and jet ski. There was a picnic table and a swing under the covered dock. The location of this house is great. It’s close to the Walmart for groceries and some good restaurants. It’s about a 15 drive to the downtown tourist area. We also went on a dinner cruise of Lake Ozark, located about 10 minutes away. Obviously I can’t say enough about this house and its location. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We hated to leave. Thanks Brian and Bill for everything.

Great place for large groups!

This home was very roomy for our large extended family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and so nice to have washers and dryers right on site. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy pool table and ping pong. The pontoon boat to rent was great. We were told there were only 5 life jackets so we had to buy our own which we felt should have been provided. The built in pool was very large and was fun for everyone but we felt the heating of the pool should have been included in the price of the property instead of $75 a day. The upkeep of a place this large must be really hard however, for safety sake the lights by the dock did not work so a little treacherous at night to enjoy family time on the dock. There were some screens on the screened in porch that were loose so several times squirrels got in which were not welcome! Overall, the property was very nice with just a few minor suggestions to make this receive a 5 star rating.

The location of our vacation home is right in the middle of all of the activities at the lake including restaurants, outlet mall, movie theater, golf courses, and the hospital. We are less than 5 minutes from almost everything we like to do.

Our home is located in a quiet cove so the kids can enjoy the lake. However, the view of the main channel is one of the best at the lake. The yard is spacious and fairly level so the entire family can enjoy being outside.
