Large detached Guesthouse (converted art studio w roll up door) with shared and private yard areas. Private firepit & cabana style patio & grill. Brightly lit rooms, high ceilings & french doors for a cozy relaxing retreat. Just min from TMC (Tucson Medical Center) & 8 min from Banner UMC & University of AZ. Formerly an art studio with large roll up door, bold design & lots of flare.

Guesthouse has parking on the left side of the driveway and on the quiet neighborhood street.

Friendly dogs welcome, cats need permission with agreement.

Free Washer/dryer avl. Go through the rusty metal fence, past the main house and through the courtyard to the guesthouse. Enter into the sitting / dining room with two lazy boy recliners, lots of reading and games provided. Small cafe style table and chairs, brightly lit room with high ceilings and french doors. Through the doors to the Rustic kitchen, with most everything you need. Then swing left into the spacious bedroom area. Lots of drawer space, a small clothing rack, and Smart TV. Shared washer and dryer in courtyard area is free to use.

Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc

Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.

Key box with code for flex check in (provided 2 days before check in).

We do not allow parties and absolutely no smoking in our home. NO SMOKING INSIDE.

We prefer to wash our own towels so please call us if staying longer than a week and need an exchange of towels
