Casita de luxe 1 chambre dans une maison historique dans le centre de Tucson

TrÚs belle chambre récemment rénovée. Comptoirs en granit, carreaux de travertin, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. EntiÚrement meublé avec vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Votre maison loin de chez vous. Idéalement situé pour un accÚs facile à toutes vos activités de vacances.

Cette maison a été construite à la fin de l'adolescence lorsque Tucson s'est terminée à plusieurs kilomÚtres à l'ouest de cette maison et que la Tucson s'est lentement construite autour d'elle. Ce grand 1 chambre est attaché à la maison historique.

Il y a une jolie cour à l'arriÚre. Wifi et cùble gratuits. Il y a un lit queen avec surmatelas et un grand placard dans la chambre. Le canapé du salon se transforme en un canapé-lit queen-size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme.

Wonderful place to stay in Tucson!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The space itself was very clean and spacious, and had all the amenities you'd expect. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly as well. Would absolutely stay here again next time I am in town.

Quiet comfortable casita

Not impressive looking from the street, but once you walk in the door, it's great!!! Well appointed, nice Mexican tile floor, all the amenities, nice bathroom and bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining space, covered patio with chairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Quaint-Comfortable-Convenient!

My husband and I booked this cute, historic casita for a week and a half for some business in the Tucson area. Little did we know just how perfect this place was for us! It is centrally located to the Tucson valley and downtown area, and is newly remodeled and perfectly equipped with everything we needed! Megan was the perfect host and made us feel welcomed and accommodated all of our needs. We highly recommend this place – and we will be back!

Nice home

Megan, the host, had lots of flyers on the coffee table for things to do in Tucson that helped us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heater in the bedroom was noisy and we turned it off to sleep. The door code didn't work when we arrived so we had to test Megan. She replied quickly.

Comfortable, historic home.

This was our second visit to this clean, private & interesting older home with many modern upgrades. I wish we weren't working & had more time to relax & enjoy this rental. We will hopefully return next year.

EXTREMELY happy with accommodations! Will book again!!

Megan was extremely quick with responses and very kind!! There was a lot more included in the property than expected as far as pantry items, plenty available to make a quick meal or two without an additional grocery run. Extra towels and linens were included. Very clean, calming, welcoming space in a safe neighborhood. I never once felt uncomfortable while staying here. Whenever I stay in Tucson I plan on booking with Megan again. Great experience!! Definitely recommend.

In town for SE AZ Birding Festival

The property was great for my needs. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen which saved a lot of time and money on eating for the week. Instructions for everything were very clear. Easy access, very clean. This was my second visit. I plan to be back again next year.

Wonderful

Megan D our host was wonderful. She was so helpful and welcoming. The Casita was very nice and we had plenty of room. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated and was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want there was even a small Styrofoam cooler which was wonderful because we didn't have to use our big cooler for our day trips and hikes. The bathroom was also well stocked with everything. The back patio was great and so quite, we picked fresh oranges. Very quite older neighbor closer to downtown. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

All new appliances and furniture. Cute little patio with orange tree. Full size fridge. clean and comfortable. Area seems old, but my friend who lives in Tucson said that it is a good and safe neighborhood and it is close to every kind of store and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay.

This is an oddity. Because it was built when this was considered way out of town and Tucson eventually built itself around it, it seems out of place. You will see why when you get here. There are 4 units on the property, 3 are attached and include the main house totaling 5,000 square feet surround by normal sized 1,000 square foot homes within the neighborhood. Your comfy home away from home is just over 650 sq. ft. but each foot is well utilized.
