Sandbox has been removed and replaced with grass. Recently remodeled back dock with fire pit, covered dock. Take one of the 5 complimentary kayaks out on the river, or enjoy the Large Aqua Lily Pad! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy inside including Smart TVs with complimentary YouTube TV . You can spend the evening enjoying the views of the sunset from the water next to the firepit. VERY children friendly. NO real Boat Traffic, shallow water 3-4' to walk to the beach, deep enough to swim/kayak and even take a Jet Ski. Great for kids of all ages but also fun for adults. MAXIMUM 13 guests and 5 parked cars at all time - Please email me for any exceptions.

The Space:

Recently renovated, this 4 bedroom home with new foam mattress/pillows throughout and 3 bathrooms has plenty of space for everyone. Recessed lights throughout for a bright/open concept. You can enjoy the large backyard, entertain on the dock with a fireplace, swim, walk over to explore the sandy beach, take out one of the 5 complimentary kayaks with provided life vests, use the large lily pad, sit by the fire pit, and lots of other fun activates to create the perfect memories with your friends and family.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and en-suite bath with a Smart TV. Bunk Bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a connected bathroom into the attached Casita. The Casita is a full 1 bedroom suite with its own entrance or can be accessed through the main house. The Casita has 1 bedroom, shares the bathroom with Bedroom 2, living area with a daybed, Smart TV with complimentary Youtube TV,a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and mini fridge. You can lock the door connecting to bedroom 2 for a fully private experience.
