We invite you to come enjoy Pointe 42-16, a charming 1BD/1BA walk-in unit. You will love the location of this property near the tennis courts and one of the pools. A short walk to the Clubhouse takes you to the fitness center, pro shop, and 19th Hole for dining, or a quick drive down the road takes you to most attractions, shopping and dining. Come relax and enjoy all that Branson has to offer.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

Very nice place to stay for Branson trip.

Nice pool and pretty good pizza at the pool side food bar. Nice place to let kids relax after a day at silver dollar city.

Great place in Branson.

We had a great time at The property. It is centrally located to all the attractions in Branson and also close to hiking in great nature sightseeing. We would definitely stay again if we are out in Branson. Communication with the property manager was great and we had no issues with check-in or anything during our stay.

Cozy condo with beautiful golf course views

My wife and I really enjoyed the area. The condo is placed convenient to attractions and shopping. The club house offers great food and there are some really good local restaurants nearby. Definitely will be back.

Great location

Condo was convenient to pool. The walk out deck was a nice way to get around the property. Very quiet and clean. Comfortable and well equipped. Will stay here again.

Nice unit clean and supplied with everything you could possibly. Need!

Nice view of golf course and close to clubhouse and pool over all great location. Only negative was condo was next to the Maintenance yard next door. overall food was great at the club house and people working at the clubhouse very friendly .

I had not thought about the potential increase in activity that would take place in the Spring as the crews at Pointe Royale make sure the property is presentable and well manicured for the guests that stay at the property. Missouri Trip

We were pleased with everything except faucet on tub. Really needs to be replaced. Good idea to replace tub too. Owners supplied everything we could possible need, everything was neat and tidy and clean. Decorated very nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our little home away from home. We would definitely consider renting the same condo, if we come back to Branson

Excellent, clean, kind and a blessing for our anniversary. It was like we were home away from home.

The eve of our anniversary into Branson was a nightmare. The condo we rented was disgusting and had unsanitary conditions which the owner would not communicate with us on. Given it was midnight when we arrived we were exhausted and overwhelmed. I immediately messaged Dream2reality who had a condo around the corner available and Daniel emailed me right back letting me know they were available and we could move over immediately in the morning. My husband asked if we could see the condo first and Daniel said of course even offering us two adorable units to choose from. Both condos were very clean, nicely decorated, bed was so comfortable, adorable farmhouse decor and pet friendly which was a major plus for our little pups. Sherry at the office was fantastic answering all our questions, checking on us, offering anything we needed and she blessed us with Titanic Museum tickets right away to do something because the weather was horrible. We highly recommend this company and their properties. They pay attention to detail and care about their visitors. The other condo owners didn’t even return our calls after sending pictures and emails. We will definitely be back again and staying with Dream2Reality. They truly turned our anniversary from a nightmare to a dream week together. Thank you Daniel, Sherry, Cleaning Crew and Team at Deeam2Reality. We were blessed to find you.
