Beary Cozy offers 1,400 square feet of beautiful mountain home living and is nestled in peaceful Eagle Springs Resort! The cabin is a three bedroom that boasts one 1 king and 2 queen beds. Comfortably sleeping seven people. It is ideal for those seeking relaxation from the stress of life, a romantic getaway or family fun in the stunning Great Smoky Mountain area!

First Floor:
The first floor offers a great room featuring the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful granite counter-tops. Complete with dinner service for eight, cookware, cooking utensils, baking dishes and a coffee station to make a full pot or a single k-cup. The dinning room area has seating for six at the table and three additional bar stool seats at the kitchen counter-top. The entire first floor has hardwood plank flooring throughout with ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is available for use. Please note, there is no landline phone.

Snuggle up next to the fireplace in the living room to enjoy a movie and popcorn on the comfortable living room sofa. Roku streaming is set-up, so you can log into your own streaming service to watch your favorite shows/series or movies or bring your favorite DVDs. There is some free content available via Roku. Free high speed WI-FI internet access.

Steps away is a private master bedroom and second bedroom. The bedrooms feature one king and one queen size bed, rustic log furnishings and 24” flat screen televisions. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom. The second bathroom serves the rest of the cabin and is also accessible from the second bedroom. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with your comfort in mind!

Second Floor Loft:
The second floor loft features a semi-private sleeping area also complete with a queen bed and rustic log furnishings. Time for some family fun? The game room is equipped with a pool table and a NEW Brunswick air hockey table or hook-up your own gaming console to the 32" flat screen television! There are numerous board and card games for your entertainment as well. Step out onto the private, tranquil second floor balcony to read a good book or enjoy some quiet time convening with nature.

Outside Living:
The wrap around deck features rocking chairs and several seating areas that overlook a tranquil wooded setting. Unwind and take in Gods magnificent masterpiece while soaking your cares away in the bubbling, six person hot tub!

Parking & Community:
The cabin has a paved driveway and reserved parking for three vehicles. RV and campers are not permitted within the resort. All local roads leading to the resort are paved. Guests with trailers or boats will need to request special parking arrangements. Eagle Springs Resort is a secluded community of upscale cabins secluded from the crowds, yet close to all of the activities offered by the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville areas! The resort boasts a seasonal in-ground pool and picnic pavilion available for your use.

There is a Kroger, Publix and several great restaurants nearby to satisfy any palate, even the pickiest eater!

For your convenience, the cabin provides an overnight starter of toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, dish soap and trash bags which are intended to get your through the first evening at the cabin. We recommend that you bring the following items: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, condiments, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, creamer, sugar, towels for the hot tub, sunscreen, groceries, aluminum foil, storage bags and anything else that you need to make your visit complete.
