Perfect spot for a Branson getaway! Just minutes from Silver Dollar City, this home was spotless and beautifully maintained. The porch was picture-perfect, with both a dining area and a cozy conversation space. All the comforts of home were here — including comfy furniture and beds. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the management company was super responsive, accommodating and kind. Not a detail was missed — we couldn’t have asked for more.

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-The lawn is regularly mowed and professionally maintained to ensure the exterior of the property remains in excellent condition for our guests.-The bathrooms at the pool are routinely cleaned, but we’ve also reached out to the HOA to request an additional inspection to ensure everything meets cleanliness standards.-Regarding the decks, no changes have been made—the condition and layout are accurately represented in the listing photos.-We didn’t receive any reports of issues during your stay, but we would have been more than happy to assist had we been informed at the time.We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.

Wonderful condo in Branson

We love staying in Indian Point because it’s close to the marina and Silverdollar city. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The thoughtfulness of all of the games left behind for the children was very exciting to them. There was a spare life jacket and swim vest in the closet that we were able to use when we went out on the boat. The view from the back patio of the lake is gorgeous in the morning and we saw a bald eagle while sitting out there sipping our coffee. Overall a clean and wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We had zero complaints about this condo. The view off the balcony is beautiful at sunset! We were VERY impressed with how clean it was and how everything was well taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing weekend

Very clean, and fully furnished condo with all the little things you need for a comfortable trip. I appreciate the stocked coffee bar, snacks, and the beautiful view from the deck. My wife and I walked down to the water evert evening to sit on the rock and enjoy the view.

The good: Lovely setting. Outdoor seating is plentiful with a beautiful view. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Walking trail on property was nice. 10 mins from Marina, right by SDC! The less good: The property manager was not quick in responding to my inquiry about some items that were missing in the condo.Pictures in the listing could be updated - all the same furniture is there, its just a bit more worn than shown in the pictures. Linens were not available for the pull out bed, towels smelled musty and the coffee pot took 45 mins to make a small pot of coffee. Would stay again for sure if those items were addressed!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Branson condo. They had it so well stocked with nice amenities. The kitchen items were very nice nothing cheap or scraped up. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean. We would definitely come back to stay at this condo. We really appreciate the owner's thoughtfulness of things we may need while we are staying there.

Fabulous condo

This condo exceeded my expectations! It is even cuter in real life than the photos. It has a beautiful view, easy access to the beach and was very clean. Everything was comfortable and it was fully stocked. We loved it and would definitely come back. It also so cool and well air conditioned, as it was a super hot weekend but felt so nice inside!

Relaxing retreat close to SDC

Fabulous, relaxing stay with great views of the lake and the coasters at Silver Dollar City. It was a little tough to find the first time because it was dark and pouring down rain - thank goodness for GPS! The views are great, the beds were comfortable, and the rest of the decor was comfortable and cozy, also. TV and WiFi worked, and it was relatively quiet with very little noise from neighbors. Towels, linens, soap, shampoo/bodywash, coffee, dishwasher tabs, were all provided making for an easy weekend getaway! The M&M were a nice bonus surprise too!Thanks so much and we look forward to staying here again.

WONDERFUL WEEKEND

What a beautiful condo. Well equipped and decorated. Loved the double sinks in the master bath and the sliding glass doors from the den and the master bedroom. We loved being able to hike down to the lake from the complex and seeing the roller coaters at SDC. The view is so pretty in the mornings. Location for us was just perfect. Did not take long to get anywhere even Hollister! We will be back.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children. I was wonderful! Very nicely remodeled inside. The deck was perfect, outside seating for in the morning to drink coffee and look out onto the lake. My son enjoyed listening and looking at all of the birds. There was also a patio set to eat lunch or dinner. We did not need anything that was not supplied. The welcome package was a big surprise and a hit with my kids. It had Ferrero Rocher chocolates!

Excellent property and Management

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout and amenities of this condo. Everything we needed was there. The views were great from the deck. And when we had an issue with the coffee maker they brought a new one over within a few hours. Now that's excellent customer service! There were a few things that might need improvement however. The main TV remote seemed unresponsive at times and we couldn't stream so I might bring my Chromecast next time or maybe have a TV with apps. Also, Evolve charges a $110 for a $3000 damage policy which is too much. VRBO offers twice the coverage for half that amount.

Condo just as pictured

This is our 3rd stay in this condo. Our first 2 times were under a different owner, a husband and wife instead of a company. While the property was the same....same furniture and decor....we missed the personal touch of the previous owners. They always left a welcome note and care package which was such a personal touch. More importantly though, we received an IMMEDIATE reply if we had a question or if there was a problem. While everything in this condo was clean and comfortable, just as it was under the previous owners, we texted a question to the number we were given for contact. We never, throughout our stay, received any answer to our question. We received NO REPLY at all throughout our stay. Over the years we have stayed at a number of different VRBO properties, all of which were owned by individuals, not companies, and have always received an immediate reply if we had a question. That is, until this stay. We will make note, in the future, to take the ownership of properties into account before renting. I would still recommend this particular property because of its location, its comfort and its cleanliness. But I do so only because it still has all the comforts of the original furniture and items that were put in place by the original owners. Just be aware that should you have a question or a problem, even a simple question like the one we had, you might not receive an answer.
