It feels like a bit of paradise but in all fairness... there are two bummers. Unfortunately, the amenities center and pool is only available to long-term tenants. Boo. Secondly, there are stairs with no elevator. This could be a bonus or a deterrent depending on how you look at it. Being on an elevated floor makes for great views and is a security feature, but it could be a deal-breaker if and when you need an elevator for any reason.
