Main bathroom had hair up by the sink and faucets. Worm bug in the kitchen in the bathroom, crawling around yard needed to be mowed and stray cats all around the place in the backyard. also looked like there was a camera set up in the family room, which we felt we were being watched. I believe that’s against VRBO rules. but not recommend or ever come back there.

Comfortable spot for a quick getaway

Our stay was comfortable, and the home met our needs. The appliances were top-notch. The only minor inconveniences were needing to purchase additional toilet paper and running out of towels during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Great house!

Nice, clean house. Lots of room. You are about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Jacksonville. We were visiting our son and family who happened to live in the same neighborhood. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Hope to be back again soon.

A great place in a great neighborhood.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks while we looked for a new home to buy since we were from out of town. The host was very quick to communicate and was very helpful. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for families

Overall a great place to stay! Very clean, well kept, and accurate! Beds were super comfortable and Roku TVs in every room! Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Very close to beach as well. The host was very quick to respond as well. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.

Perfect house

Fit 4 freshly graduated guys perfect, we were in town for the players tournament . So many restaurants and bars in the area with short Uber rides . Would highly recommend this home!

It's centrally located to the beach, sports and downtown. Plenty of nearby shopping with great local places to eat. Also a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Has the feeling of a second home. The coastal, beachy theme will take you away from the average places. Lots of room to enjoy family time or just a quite peaceful place to relax. Also - nobody lives in the house and our housekeeping service goes the extra mile to keep the house immaculately clean.
