Everything was as described. Clean and easy location for getting around town. Enough seating for watching shows on the big screen in the evenings. Neighborhood was quiet.

The upstairs room is a loft! Not a true bedroom. Lots of morning sunlight and noise. The property had a very strong bleach smell for days. Then a musky egg smell. I had to repeatedly open the doors to air out. The floors turned our socks black.

The host was very sweet. She provided plenty of TP, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and tablets for the dishwasher. The condo was very nice and neat and the beds were very comfortable.Everything was very clean and we were centrally located.I would suggest that she get new pots and pans as the ones provided were pretty scratched up. And there were only soup bowls- need to provide mixing snd serving bowls. We were on a budget so we did almost all our cooking and eating there.One more suggestion would be that she needs to take a weed wacker to the back patio as it needed addressing. Overall, for the price, it was definitely a good value. The host was very quick to respond when we texted. Big screen tvs in the bedrooms and living room were definitely a plus as well.My brother in law was on a walker and me and hubby both used canes. Do wish I'd realized before booking that our bedroom was on the second floor. But that was my problem not hers.

We didn’t bring Shampoo, conditioner or body wash or soap because it was listed as provided. We flew, so that was less we had to bring. Well, there was ZERO shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. I didn’t discover it until I was in the shower with wet hair at 5 am this morning!That was a terrible excuse for a shower and we all had to fly home dirty!!

We had roaches. There was trash underneath bathroom cabinet. It could have been cleaned outside better. Grill was filthy and could not use. We had problems with the lock not working. It was just okay. Grass wasn’t mowed till after we got there. Wouldn’t stay again.

Interior decorated nicely.Kitchen poorly stocked had to buy and leave utensils we purchased. Roaches found in kitchen and climbed on stove while cooking. Backyard had many weeds and half dead plants. Home was not advertised as being on a main road and a duplex. Also had a dip in the driveway causing car to scrape every time we left. Front yard smelt of sewage. Cops were blocking our car due to public disturbance the first morning, and an alarm went off in the neighbor unit for hours the last night, causing us to have a police officer come to silence it. 11pm-2am. Unlikely to stay at this unit again.

My wife was having surgery at the Mayo Building and hospital. I had to drive to and from the hospital. I was pleased with the location and drive to the mayo Hospital.It was close to everything to the stores i needed to go to..

Roaches

The host did let us check in early, but we found at least 2 roaches of different sizes each day. She came by to “clean” one day and just swept and mopped the floors. On the third day, she accused me of lying when I sent her images of her own kitchen counter with a full-sized roach on it. I asked for a refund for the last day we stayed since we left early to move to another place. She denied us that. I was looking for a safe, clean place to stay when my brother was released from the hospital after a kidney transplant. This was not that place.

Family visit

We were happy with the accommodations. Check in was a bit crazy as we first had the wrong code then there were two keypads and one was dark and it was nighttime. But all in all a good place to stay.

Good location in Sandlewood

We booked this accommodation because we are trying to scope out this neighborhood. And several other neighborhoods this was essentially located. It absolutely met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked having two bathrooms as always lovely. In the bed was very comfortable. We only use the loft.
