Fully furnished, spacious home with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a fenced yard. Includes two large spaces - a living room and a den/TV room as well as 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an enormous 4th bedroom (unconforming). Attached oversized 2 car garage to keep you warm in the winter and central air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer. The backyard also includes an outdoor ping pong table!

Other amenities included: bottom freezer fridge, porch, patio, ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher, hardwood floors on the main level, all stainless steel appliances, storage, large front loading washer and dryer, a bbq grill, and an extra fridge in the garage.

Nearby Foothills parkway provides fast access to North and South Boulder. Nearby Meadows on the Parkway shopping center (0.5 mile) has a grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy, and more!

Quiet but close to everything

We had everything we needed in this soacious, comfy home, from a well-equipped kitchen to entertainment center to a ping pong table and driveway parking!

Great stay

Great experience. Very clean. The house has everything you might need. Good location about 10 minutes from the UC campus.

A week in Boulder

We stayed in this house for a week and it was great. The house is very clean and well organized and the owner was super easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I were visiting our adult children who live in Boulder and Longmont. The house was great for family dinners and as a rendezvous point for our activities. The house was larger than our needs, but we could easily walk to some local eateries and the grocery store. The neighborhood was great.

Wonderful for family gathering

This home was perfect for our family gathering while we were in Boulder for a memorial service. We had lots of room while also being able to share breakfasts together and reminisce. The house is in a great location close to downtown and also open -space trails. It is very well equipped with everything we needed including a great kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful views & lovely houseplants. The host was helpful and responsive.

Great location and host!

We were in town for CU family weekend. This house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do - hiking, shopping, dining, campus - but is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that looked beautiful in fall colors. The host made everything easy and had lots of amenities to offer. Though the home is a bit older, we were so thrilled by its charm and all the light that pours in, and by the multiple areas to kick back and relax. A truly great find that we’ll use again if we can!

Good location in a nice neighborhood. Easy to find.

This house was a good home base for our visit to Boulder. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. It has easy access and is easy to find. The price was very reasonable. The beds upstairs were very comfortable. The basement and family rooms were very gloomy. A good update is needed to every room. The steps are very steep for people with mobility issues.

Carol, thanks for your positive review and feedback on the neighborhood and the beds! As a courtesy for other guests arriving in the future I have updated the lighting in the basement and in the family room painted the dark wood paneling a light gray bringing a brighter look. Regarding the stairs, note that the outdoor and indoor stairs all have a solid handrail.
