SeaOtz is a luxurious Gulf front home located in the lovely beach community of Frangista Beach. Surrounded by all that Destin has to offer. Walking distance to retail, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee shops and so much more! 5 minute drive to the Silver Sands Outlets and The Commons Mall, which includes a new state of the art theater, Bowling alley/Arcade, Bass Pro Shop, Starbucks and a multitude of boutique retail as well as big names like Bass Pro William Sonoma, Victoria Secret, Forever 21 and the list goes on and on. Soon you will be mesmerized by the famous emerald waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast that are right in your backyard. This three-story home will comfortably sleep up to twelve people. On the first floor is a quiet bedroom with a queen-sized bed while the second floor welcomes you into the living room with a state of the art theatre, new Pottery Barn couches and a table that can seat 12 easily. This perfect entertaining house features a well-equipped kitchen that opens into the dining and living rooms. You and your guests will enjoy the large balconies to experience the incredible views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Your luxurious master bedroom features a therapeutic whirlpool tub, procate balcony abd gulf views for days. First guests room on the third floor has a queen bed while the other guest room includes two twin trundle beds. And for added convenience there is a second laundry room located on the third floor as well. With your own private pool and patio, this home is the answer to all your vacation needs. Later, enjoy all the dining, shopping and entertainment that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Sunday arrival and departure are required during peak season. Bed Sizes: First Floor: 1 queen, 1 sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, living area. Second Floor: Living Room, dining room, kitchen - Third Floor: Master Bedroom - King Third Bedroom: Fourth Bedroom - (2) Twin Trundle. Host was very responsive all along, and was even happy to help us when our travel plans changed a little bit. Great house that is located in the middle of everything in the area so it was perfect for our group. Looking forward to booking the same place next year.

Perfect spot for our family of 9 including 3 little ones. Tons of beach and pools toys available to us. Pool was a little chilly even with warm temp, but was perfect to cool off in after a day at the beach. Beach is super convenient and a very short walk down from the stairs. Overall, couldn’t have asked for more!

This is a prime location within walking distance to great food and ice cream. The home is beautiful, spacious with beautiful views of the Ocean. We loved that all 3 floors had a balcony! The heated outdoor shower was great for a rinse before going inside or cooling off in the private pool. This is an exceptionally property, we will be back again!

Lovely beachside home with pool!!

This was the perfect spot for the Topeka concert for our friend group who attended the One Big Holiday concert! The pool had to be heated, so we had to wait once we asked the owner to heat it up (but it was wonderful once heated). Unfortunately, the rip tides kept us out of the ocean, but it was a gorgeous view just steps from the pool deck. Loved the coffee shop (Bad Ass) and breakfast spot across the street too! Overall awesome experience! Thank you.

Last minute change that was awesome

We had headed to our St. George island vacation and the island was evacuated. I was able to get this place and worked with Taylor. He got us in and was so helpful. Beautiful place and great accommodations. Beach and pool were fantastic. Kitchen is amazing. They have everything. We will be back!!!

Great Home and Location

We had a great trip at this rental property. The house was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we had no issues with anything during our stay. The location is fantastic with uncrowded beaches and restaurants near by.

Perfect Location!

This home has been the perfect location for our family for the past 3 years! You can't beat the view and convenience of having a pool right on the beach. What we love most is the privacy of the property. Also, the responsiveness of the property manager is great. I highly recommend!

It was a very beautiful place! The veiw was amazing it was close to all kinds of fun places and great food. I will definitely stay here again next year! We go to Florida every year this is by far my favorite place to stay. If i could rate this place 10 star's i would! I loved the two ovens and the ice maker in the kitchen. See yall next year!!!

Great location

The property was large enough to accommodate our large family. Very comfortable! Location was perfect. Having the beach right out the back door was so convenient. Check in was very easy. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the home. For the price you pay, the home should be clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time.

Paradise

The pictures do not do this home justice. The location could not be any better. Walking across the street for coffee and lunch and ice cream is amazing. The pool is one of the biggest ones we’ve ever had around Destin. Tons of space for everyone to have their own privacy. And speaking of privacy it’s like you have the beach and ocean to yourself. There’s a private home on one side and townhomes on the other. The decor in the home leaves something to be desired but the furniture and beds are very comfortable and the views are the best ever! Dolphins and stingrays almost daily! Heaven on earth!

A perfect family vacation spot!

This house was set up to host our family of 11, including two small children. The large pool was clean and safe for the kids to swim in. A few stairs away from the amazing beach, this home right on the water was great for early morning walks, afternoons in the sun and evening sunsets. Perfectly located between beach bars and restaurants, including a coffee shop and deli across the street. The house was set up for entertainment, as the entire second level was the living and kitchen area. We were impressed with the amenities and supplies that filled the kitchen, allowing us to make food and enjoy meals together. It really felt like home away from home.

Perfect location

This a great house in a perfect location. This stretch of beach felt less crowded, even during spring break. True beachfront with amazing porch views on every level. Heated pool is also beachfront. Private, well -spaced from neighbors. Across the street is ice cream, breakfast, coffee, beach store. Comfortably slept 4 adults and 6 kids. This house does have 2 pack n plays and several beach towels. Taylor communicated well and honored our requests including additional heating of the pool during our chilly April week. Kitchen could benefit from some new knives/pots and pans/tupperware but was functional for our needs. Older house in a prime location. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Spring Break Beach House for Families!
