Lake Store Marina Suite #4

This suite sleeps 4 guests. Bedroom includes a cozy queen size bed with cotton sheets and is separate from living area. Sofa in the living room pulls out to make a second bed and portable crib is available upon request.

Living room has a small sectional for you to sit back and relax while watching cable on a large flat screen T.V.

Also available for your enjoyment is a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and cookware/utensils. We do not furnish the plates, cups, silverware, or dish towels.

Enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake from our spacious deck that includes ample shaded seating. End your day watching the sunset go down on the lake horizon.

Recreational activities on the property include fishing, birdwatching, swimming, sunbathing and picnics. In town, 5 minute drive, is shopping, art galleries, restaurants and more.

We are located only 5 miles from town. Our property houses four other rooms to rent as well, one of which has a living room with full kitchen/dining area.
Also available, are full RV hookups, as well as lake front camp sites.

Property has an attached bait/convenience store with snacks and drinks. Limited menu for the kitchen while it is closed for remodeling.
Enjoy the indoor/outdoor fishing barge, a spot for swimming, a coin operated laundry area within walking distance.

What we wanted

We were visiting family in Mineola, Winnsboro and Sulphur Springs,so the location was good for . It was neat and clean with a restaurant on the premises. The food was good..

We really enjoyed our visit and found the property beautiful and just perfect for a lake getaway. The apartment was spotless and the towels were so soft. The 10 cup coffee maker was perfect to fill a thermos before hitting the lake. The bed was not bad, but not in line with the rest of the amenities. This mature back needs ultra plush comfort! The mattress is definitely not a deal breaker, but since we plan on returning its worth mentioning to the owners for future visits. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner during our brief stay and found him to be kind, friendly and "oh so helpful" when we managed to lock ourselves out of our own bathroom. That takes talent!!There are several places to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Also, a small store with restaurant that I believe is undergoing renovations is on the property. They are very pet friendly. The surrounding area was reaÄșly pretty for our evening drive and Winnsboro was a short distance with an adorable downtown area, restaurants, shopping and a farmers market!

Nice quiet stay.

Room was exactly as pictured on the website. It is a marina/store so the grounds are not the prettiest and there are what appear to be some permanent rv'ers living on the property but it worked for us. It was very quiet and peaceful. All the staff we met could not have been any nicer or accommodating. The lake was pretty and the property had a nice deck. We would stay here again.

Amazing Place

Everything was really great đŸ€©. The family room was very clean and comfortable. It's an amazing place to enjoy with your family. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset, fishing, make a bonfire and barbecue. My dog was also able to enjoy the place to run and play. It is a wonderful place to disconnect, relax and share with the family. We'll definitely come back.

Excellent!

Such a cute place! Quiet and right on the lake, the family room was spacious and super clean. 3 adults inside and there was plenty of comfortable room. We also said we slept better those 2 nights than we had in a long time!
