Looking out your 6th floor Screened In Lanai you won't be able to see a single building obstructing your view of lush Lover's Key State Park to the south, endless azure seas to the west, or natural beaches stretching off into the distance along the coast. Watch the day unfold from sunrise to sunset while you enjoy the warm tropical breeze from your chair. Dolphins frequent the shallow waters in front of you and the shelling is superb.

Our well stocked KITCHEN provides many extras! Plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, waffle maker, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, bar set, new pans and so much more!
The MASTER BEDROOM has two matching chests with reading lights on either side of the king sized bed plus a hand painted storage cabinet on which the flat screen TV sits. The master BATH features a luxurious shower, many cabinets, and granite counter top.
The GUEST BEDROOM with its own flat screen TV is cozy and casual with natural wicker double dresser, nightstand, and twin beds. The totally remodeled BATH has a tile shower and also a large linen closet. Hair dryers provided in each bathroom.
Enjoy the comforts of home while using the free WiFi, in unit Washer and Dryer, building elevators, secured lobby and ample on-site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
On-site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a GULF FRONT HEATED POOL, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, BBQ Grills and a social room overlooking the pool. There is also a large room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!

The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle! Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago.
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
