Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain - Deluxe Studio Condo

Private studio unit, sleeps 4, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchenette and bathroom.
Luxury resort at Loon Mountain with balcony of beautiful views of Loon Mountain South Peak.

On-site amenities: 2 heated pools outdoors and an indoor/outdoor hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, horse-drawn sleigh rides, La Vista Restaurant and Bar, Seven Birches Winery. For your convenience, RiverWalk offers complimentary winter shuttle service to Loon Mountain (drop-off locations at Governor's Lodge and Octagon Lodge).

Additional daily unit cleaning is available at a rate of $50 per day if you request it.

Loon Mountain offering many year-round activities: skiing and tubing, bike trails, aerial forest adventure park, gondola sky rides, zipline adventures, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, Logjam Maze, spiderweb of fun. Other nearby attractions: Whale's Tale Water Park, mini-golf, Clark's Trading Post, Alpine Adventures, The Basin at Franconia Notch, kayaking and canoeing. During the winter the Ice Castles are a MUST SEE!

Ski room located on in the main lobby to store all your ski gear. Skis not allowed in room.

NO Smoking of any kind or pets allowed in this unit. There is a designated smoking area outside the resort located on the west side.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT charge anything to your studio during your stay. You are not renting from Riverwalk; you are renting from an owner (me). Please pay by credit for all your purchases in Riverwalk. I will be notified if a charge is sent to the studio. Thank you!

Fun getaway

A fun getaway skiing with my son. The property manager was thoughtful and always checking in to make sure we had lift tickets or if we needed late check out. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place to stay

We had such an amazing time. The room was so nice the resort was amazing. Our grandson had so much fun in pool the arcade and ice skating. Would definitely recommend RiverWalk to any family. Will definitely stay again. 5 star resort.

Very nice resort

Perfect location to enjoy a NH winter with skiing, snowmobiling great restaurants, and must-see sights like the Mount Washington resort tand the Cog Railway. RiverWalk itself was a superb resort. The staff was phenomenal, the restaurants were excellent, the outdoor pool and hot tub are a must. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

The property is new, nicely appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner is fantastic. She reached out to make my stay very pleasant went out of her way to tell me about loon mountain and was able to arrange discount tickets. When I have the opportunity to return I would happily stay there again

Perfect studio at Riverwalk for our small family of 3, Elise went above and beyond and was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Such a great location within Lincoln with every convenience. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect winter getaway

Elisa’s property is exactly as it appears in the photos. Location is great if you are looking to ski at Loon or other nearby mountains. Elisa’s is easy to communicate with and she was very flexible on early checkin/late checkout. She recommended the restaurant in the resort and it was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Second year in a row staying here over New Years. Great location for a number of activities. Skiing and snow tubing just 5 min away and an easy drive to Santas Village for New Years Eve. Property is great with outdoor heated pool and lots of other amenities. Ate at restaurant for first time and the food was great. Went for brunch. Unit itself was very clean and in great condition. Nice view of the mountains. Sure it’s chilly to sit on the balcony, but grab a blanket and enjoy the view and fresh air! We’ll be back!

Had a blast!

My friend and I (big skiers) rented this studio condo over NYE weekend. The proximity to Loon and downtown Lincoln, Elisa’s ability to get us discounted tickets without a reservation, the view from the room’s balcony, and the amenities at The River Walk all made for an incredible experience. This is certainly a high class establishment and even with some COVID restrictions, we still felt that in every way. To cap it all off, Elisa could not have been more hospitable and generous to work with. Would definitely rent here again!

We live in MA, and purchased this winter seasonal 3bdroom lockout in 2016 because we love to ski. Loon is the perfect family ski mountain. We only rent out our studio bedroom, that has it's own entrance, balcony, and is about 370/sf.
