Crystal Sands is a beautiful 3BR/2BA beach house just steps from the Gulf! Built in 2020, this spacious retreat sleeps 8 and features an open layout, Smart TVs in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen with pod/ground coffee maker. The luxurious master suite offers dual closets, a walk-in shower, and built-in safe. Relax on the large covered deck or grill downstairs. Perfect for families or friends. Max 4 vehicles. No parties. Rental agreement and ID required.

Self-check-in via keypad at agreed check-in time or access given. Our team is available via messaging or phone if assistance is needed during your stay.

Located in the Bluewater Subdivision of Crystal Beach, TX. Close to restaurants, shops, and golf cart rentals. The Bolivar Ferry offers easy access to Galveston for dining and attractions.

Guests have full access to the home, deck, and downstairs entertainment area. The home is located upstairs and accessible by stairs only. Contactless check-in is available anytime after 3 PM with a unique keypad code.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious master suite. Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and a bar area are included for entertainment.

HOUSE RULES
VEHICLES , PARKING & PROPERTY: Tents, Campers and large trailers are not permitted. Vehicle limit at one point on property is 4. No fluid dripping vehicles.
ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in is at 3 p.m. If the home is available earlier, then we possibly can allow early entry.
DEPARTURE TIME: A firm Check-out time is at 11 a.m. on the scheduled day of your departure.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING VACATION RENTAL: There is no smoking or vaping in this house. Smoking is permitted downstairs only.
NEIGHBORLY ETIQUETTE/NOISE: Please be respectful and reduce music/people volume outside between 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
PET POLICY: Sorry, but no pets of any kind are allowed in the house.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The strict maximum capacity of 8 includes children.
OUTDOOR COOKING: No grilling/cooking on outside upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance.
AEROBIC TREATMENT SYSTEM: Do Not flush any feminine products, diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind.
NO PARTIES, PROMS OR FAMILY REUNIONS: The owner lives close and randomly checks up on vehicle and guest occupancy. There are plenty of homes in Crystal Beach where the property management/owners don't care. Rent from them if this doesn't work for you.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 25 Years of Age. Government ID is required to verify.

This is our second year to stay here and plan to continue. The home is clean, organized and just overall well kept. The only thing that was bothersome was the mosquitos so bring your bug spray! Love this home and the host! 10/10!!

Perfect!

We are enjoyed our stay in Crystal Beach. The house was very clean and well apportioned. Our boys enjoyed the bunk room, but would gather around the large table for meals & games. Just a short walk to the beach was so convenient. In the middle of everything! If you forgot anything they have it at The Big Store just down the road. Will come back again!

Perfect beach home

This home was in a great location, just steps from the beach and with a great view. Beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean, and with so many thoughtful touches and amenities, we can’t recommend this home enough. My kids loved the convenience of the hot/cold outdoor shower; there’s a great spot to grill with a built in bar and picnic tables under the home, comfy captains chairs on the top deck made for a great place to sip a drink and people watch. Games and puzzles included which we al enjoyed, and we definitely made use of all of the food recommendations included in the guest book. Very responsive owners who made the entire process easy and seamless. Definitely 5 star!

Excellent Get-A-Way

We enjoyed our fall break trip immensely! The Location worked perfectly for our needs. We needed a pet free place to stay and found this gem! The owner was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had which we appreciated! If we decide to return to the Galveston area we will definitely look a staying here again!

Weekend with friends in Crystal Beach

The property is very clean and feels recently built. Short walk to beach, perfect for a family and good price point. Ferry is fun for the kids but can take time so not the best if your wanting to go back and forth to Galveston. We never left Crystal beach so ideal for us. Fantastic stay overall.

Wonderful weekend home for a getaway!!!

Just a wonderful house. In some ways, it was nicer than our actual house. lol. Perfect location, steps from the beach. Easily walkable, tho we did take my truck just to get speakers and chairs and such down there. But walked back and forth throughout the day. Everything you need is provided. Appliances are top notch. Beds are comfy. And the owners are super responsive and do care about your stay. There was even a charity cookout bbq for the firefighters and they picked up bbq and delivered to us - their treat. We would without a doubt go back.

The perfect place for a family vacation

Crystal Sands is the perfect place for a family vacation. We had a great time, and this was such a nice, clean home in an excellent location. The home and furnishings are very new, comfortable and bright. Jerry and Blue Wave Vacation Rentals made everything so easy. Book it if you can find open dates—you’ll be happy you did!

Perfect location!

The house was more than we could have imagined. It was so beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s gorgeous. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was more than enough room. The location was wonderful. You can see the beach from the balcony. The process was so easy and Jerry was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. Another recommendation would be to bring a baby gate for the upper deck. Our little one would try to go down constantly. If you are wanting a house, this is the one!

Jerry, the owner gave the most personal attention we have ever had while renting during a vacation. He truly cares that you have a positive experience. Crystal Sands home was new, and clean. It was just my husband and myself for 4 days, but the setup would be perfect with kids or grandkids. So close to the beach!!!

Beautiful Vacation Home!!

This was our first stay at the Crystal Sands property. The house was amazing! The views of the beach were perfect, there was plenty of space for my family and the home was super clean and well taken care of. We felt really comfortable staying there. The owners were so prompt in answering all my questions by either text or email. Great communication! We had no issues during our stay at all and will be back to stay at this home again very soon.

Thanksgiving

We met our children and grandchildren at the Crystal Sands to make a new Thanksgiving memory. The check-in process was flawless and the house and surrounding area was so clean and inviting. The beach was just a short walk away. We look forward to returning with extended family and rent all three houses!

WOW! Beautiful and Prime Location!

This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We could not stop gushing over how perfect this home is and it is even prettier in person! The location is amazing as we could hear and see the waves from our front deck, where we spent so much of our time enjoying the outdoors in the cozy furniture and cool shade. This is our second stay with Blue Wave and we are already planning the next! You will impress your guests with this home, guaranteed!
