Clean and great view

Very cute apartment, with a great location at a very private cove. Beach is shallow, but there's a shore with sand at which to relax and a few mini pools in which you can plunge. There are urchins so water shoes are a must. You can fish from shore and enjoy beautiful sunsets. All neighbors in the building were quiet and respectful. For remote work, cell service was spotty at times as was the wifi, usually evenings, but it seemed to be a provider issue not a house one. There was also an issue with main AC but owners helped with a workaround. Owners were not responsive over VRBO messaging app, but if you called them, they answered and were very friendly. Ultimately, the place was clean, served its purpose, and I would consider renting it again.

Upsetting message from host and construction.

Went to visit my family that i haven’t seen in over two years and the last day of our stay the Host messaged us that one resident called her and told her we had more people staying than mentioned, which was false. My sisters came in the morning w/ their kids, we would get really and leave the property to go see the island. I sent message and called the host and she never replied. We also got woke up everyday at 8am with construction on the second floor above our stay. They were using construction hammers and very loud tools. Almost like the roof was going to fall on us. I do have to say the property is pretty but the experience was not good.
