Fabulous Private Studio in a Natures Wonderland. Lots of privacy in the "jungle room"
Private driveway . Walk to rear of house and up the steps to the entry door on right. You'll be given the code prior to entry- Light and bright private studio is warm and welcoming. Make use of the Coffee Bar with lots of amenities, WIFI and Youtube TV(easy to operate). You control the AC Separate air unit in the studio. Come and go as you want to privately without interruption. 10 min drive(30 min bike ride) to the ocean.

We had a great time! I used the book in the condo and went to three restaurants that were suggested! If you are looking for somewhere to get away from the crowds, but still be close enough to everything this is the place’

Rental in Porte Verde

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio was close to everything including Great Restaurants and beaches within 10 minutes away. A great neighborhood with very nice homes that go for about 1 million to 10 million dollar homes! Beautiful Homes everywhere including along the beaches! Amazing!!Both of the owners are very nice and friendly. The room was perfect size for us. We felt welcomed when we 1st stepped into the Studio. Wine, wine glasses, flowers and a candle. The music was on and was peaceful they left notes for all things in question, had an ice maker, refrigerator, clean bathroom, closets, coffee maker with all you need to make coffee and sink in the kitchen. Towels, sheets and pillows were washed and smelled good! I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone.

Very nice & responsive hosts

Location is very peaceful & quiet with the exception of the ac unit. If you like to sleep in silence or aren’t used to hearing a window ac unit running, might want to bring ear plugs. Hosts were nice and prompt with communication.

Ponte Vedra Retreat

This was my second stay at this place.I came back because it was so nice. The hosts are wonderful! The accommodation is warm and comfortable. The amenities are well stocked and l could not ask for a better experience. better stay.

I loved this studio. It was quiet and I really felt at peace.Carol and Steve were kind. The studio was very clean and everything needed was provided. I didn't want to leave and hope to return soon. I highly recommend this studio for a single or couple.

This was a last minute getaway and it was one of the easiest, relaxing, stressless trips. Communications with the owners - excellent. Everything we needed or wanted was covered. The accommodations are just as described...actually, even better! We walked into a beautiful cozy room, music playing, a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us (nice touch), and felt so very welcome....just what we needed. Decor is comfortable, and well suited for that setting. We are less than 4 hrs. away and will be back again. Hopefully soon. And we will plan to meet with you then. Maybe share a glass of wine. Perfect in every way

Had to come to Ponta Vedra for event and this was the perfect property, excellent location and the best hosts ever. Absolutely recommend. Just not my days for same event next year!

Dated but Cozy

Parking should be address here as anything bigger than a mid sized vehical would be extremly hard just to park never mind get in and out Place is very cozy and they try very hard to give all the little things like a book. Games , coffee ..but refrigerator was mini with no freezer , AC unit on house made a thud sound when compressor came on or something was hard to sleep and a new mattress might be in order We asked about a early check in and did get it after some back and forth , really a cute little Studio but needs a few details address

The place was beautiful. It was very private, in a beautiful neighborhood. As well as having TV, I was greeted with wine and an assortment of reading materials. It was cozy and very welcoming throughout. I needed that solitude. I will check for it next time I'm in the area. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind.

Cozy Delight

This sweet suite was everything and more than so needed for me on the business trip I was on! I just wished I had more time away from the conference to spend relaxing in this studio! It was a little slice of jungle heaven! I will likely stay there again on future trips!

A short trip to Ponte Vedra Beach

Everything was wonderful. It’s a quiet cozy apartment. I appreciated they supplied fresh coffee. I even was able to use a bike for a 20 minutes ride to the beach.
