The property was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities for the traveler--plenty of towels, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, cooking needs. Washer and dryer operated well. TV's and fans in den and bedrooms. Excellent wi-fi connection. Neighborhood was quiet and close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We liked it so much, we extended our stay by one day. Would highly recommend.

Home away from home

Lovely house, very homey. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. My family and I really enjoyed this place. I would stay here again. We definitely recommend this home.

Great option for easy access to Mayo Clinic

This property is as advertised and is a great option if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic for several days. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and it was a very convenient location to the Mayo clinic, with just an 8 to 10 minute drive to get back-and-forth to Mayo. There are lots of retail and restaurant options in the vicinity. The property was clean and featured two bedrooms upstairs with a full Jack and Jill bathroom and a half bath downstairs. It also has a full kitchen, which was great for being able to prepare meals at the townhouse versus having to eat out every night. The AC was very cold and there are also ceiling fans throughout the townhouse which was great!

Fully loaded

House was fully loaded with anything you could really need besides perishable items and some personal but otherwise, it had pretty much everything we could use. Daniel had things set up for us and ready to go before we got there and the house smelled great and was clean. Check in and out was super easy and Daniel had great response time.

Mayo/beach friendly

House was perfectly located near major highway, beach, and Mayo Clinic was an easy drive. Close to shopping and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Daniel was a great host, responsive and friendly. And the best part
 cold AC and great ceiling fans. Great value! Will stay again.

Fit our needs

We had a family wedding in Jacksonville and this rental was a great respite from the busyness of family members. Our host has a very well supplied rental and is attentive to extras. He was also a good communicator and doesn’t demand extra check out procedures. We would book again
