Great location

Very nice place for easy access to Clearwater Beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. No issues except that the bathroom toilets need upgraded. Flushing issues.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

Upon arriving at the condo we found it in excellent condition and the view from the lanai is exceptional. It was a pleasure communicating with the owner about our stay. We had no issues and will recommend this unit to friends and family.

Roomy Condo.

The condo was so spacious. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for five women. TVs were in every bedroom, as well as well as the living room. The deck was also very roomy and we took in the views as much as possible. A couple of dolphins visited multiple times during the day. It has a nice covered garage and an elevator to our condo. I would highly recommend.

Spacious but needs a little attention

The condo was clean and spacious. There are a few things that need some attention, and perhaps the owner is just not aware. I'd like to think this is the case. The couch should pull out into a sofa bed, but it is broken so cannot. There is a recliner in the living area as well but it's a power operated chair - also broken. The light above the master bath commode flickers on & off, which can be a bit disturbing when the door is shut and you're left completely in the dark. We tried to hang up a hand towel on one of the towel holders and it promptly pulled away from the wall. There was only about 1/2 roll of toilet tissue in each of the three bathrooms and only 1 extra roll provided in the entire condo. That seemed a little stingy. The sheer curtains that cover the large sliding glass doors have a pulley system to close them, but it only works on half the curtains and the other half need to be closed manually. One of the twin beds was very squeaky and disturbed the sleep of my teen, who can normally sleep through anything. He had to resort to sleeping on the couch (which is when we discovered the pullout sofa is broken). Overall it really is a lovely space but some attention to these matters would make it easier to give it a 5 star rating.

Short 4 night break

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The views of the bay from the balcony are amazing and occasionally dolphins would be swimming in the bay. It’s a great location only 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication from the owner was very good. If visiting Clearwater again I’d check availability here before anywhere else. Great view and quiet surrounding

We stayed here for a wedding a half mile away. The accommodations were clean and had easy access to the beach and surroundings. If we ever come down again for a vacation, we will definitely contact this owner to see if they have the availability we would need for another stay!

Excellent Place!

Great place just far enough away from the action, but yet within walking distance of it all! Unit has everything needed along with beautiful harbor views. We even saw dolphins swimming in the harbor several times!
