2e niveau - cuisine, table de salle à manger (places assises 6), grande télévision à écran intelligent 50 ", 1/2 bain.

3ème niveau - lit queen dans 1 chambre et 2 lits queen dans la chambre 2. Une double entrée Jack & Jill salle de bain complète est accessible à partir de chaque chambre. Il y a des télévisions à écran plat avec câble dans chaque chambre.

4e niveau - Master suite avec lit king size. Balcon avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique. Petite chambre avec lits superposés - deux lits jumeaux sur un grand lit. La salle de bains comprend une baignoire à jets et une grande douche à l'italienne. La chambre principale a une télévision à écran plat avec câble.

Our family loved staying here. The condo was clean. Plenty of room for 9 people. Kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. Park across the street. You can walk to shop and eat. Hot tub on the roof the kids enjoyed. 10/10 recommend this place.

This was a awesome location for my family and some friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. We had 8 people and stayed for 8 days. The home itself has amazing amenities including a hot tub and flat top grill on the rooftop that has amazing veiws of the ocean. The property is walking distance to the beach and downtown Clearwater with a number of restaurants and bars within blocks of the property. The owners were extremely responsive when contacted. If you are looking to bring a larger group to Clearwater I would highly suggest this property!

Views were great, location was great, host was great and overall we had a perfect week. Only minor gripe is that the elevator did always respond and there are a lot of stairs and the hot tub was small for the group of 8 that we had staying there. Very happy with it and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater Beach. The kitchen is well-stocked for making dinners at home and the rooftop deck with grill and hot tub was a nice plus (it would have been even better if the weather had cooperated and we could have used it more). We had 2 small children and the bunk bed was nice (as was the fact that they were 2 floors away from the main living area) The owners recently purchased this property and they were very responsive in answering our questions quickly.

Excellent location, quick walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time. Easy walk to so many bars, good restaurants, shops, and Pier 60. The Jolly Trolley, (free over spring break,) could get us around as well when our feet got tired. Park, pickle ball and tennis courts right next door, (didn’t have equipment available for tennis or pickle ball but a nice plus for those who do, would be a nice option to include this equipment with the property). We did notice there were a lot of beach toys for kids though we didn’t have any young kids in our group. The pool is a community one with pretty limited hours so we never used it, but would probably be great for people traveling with younger kids since it’s super close. The property met all our needs and was as expected based on the listing. Owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. The stairs were tiring (I took them every time for the exercise,) but having the elevator was helpful for those who don’t want the steps:) It was nice to have a small deck off the master bedroom (and living room area too,) to sit and have coffee and read a book in the morning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely time! We thought the place was appropriately priced considering close proximity to the beach vs. some of the updating needed. The hot tub on the rooftop was awesome, although the patio furniture and peeling floor and rug up there definitely need replacing. The hot tub also leaked which could be the culprit of the peeling paint on the floor. Elevator didn’t always work, but that was probably more user error than anything. Both the sliding screen door and the solid wood door need to be closed for it to properly function (note that the elevator will not work on the top floor because the solid door will not open from the outside). The grill also wasn’t working, but we figured out that the batteries on the starter needed to be replaced.Other than that, everything was wonderful. We had plenty of towels and dishes and beach chairs (the kitchen table could have used several more chairs). The TVs all worked great, and it was a straight view to the beach from the balconies. Plenty of space for a car to be parked in the driveway and in the garage. Great time!

Overall, a great place to stay. Close to the beach. Rooftop is great. Pool picture is a little misleading as it is a community pool a couple blocks down the road. Huge pickleball court right in front (good if you play, not so good if you don't like waking up at 6 to the sound of the balls hitting and people playing all day). Elevator was a little tricky and got stuck once. We would stay there again though. Located to several shops and food places within a half mile walk.

We had a great time. Very close to the beach. We had to wait a little bit to get in because the group before us trashed the place so the poor cleaning person was still there when we checked in but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great place to stay

This townhome was so unique with 5 floors, an elevator and private rooftop. It was clean and Kate, the host, was organized and kindly communicated with us. There were beach chairs and towels available for us, which was good because we were not able to bring those on the plane. Parking in the driveway and garage was convenient and it is in walking distance to the beach (which was also clean and safe). We really enjoyed ourselves. I’m already highly recommending this place!!

We absolutely loved this property. The rooftop views are incredible and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a park for the kids just across the street. You can see the beach access from the rooftop, it’s just a block away! Will definitely return.

Great location and property

We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily. You can watch the sunrise or sunset from the roof. Nine of us were comfortable at the property. Plenty to see and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property owner responded quickly to any of our questions.

Big on Location Short on Cleanliness

Great location…minutes walk from the strip…beautiful beach and great beach bar (Palm Pavillion) a block away!Nice condo…well laid out and enjoyable for families.Not so clean upon arrival, especially the outdoor decks…place needs some maintenance attention as well.Owner was responsive and attentive!

Thank you for your feedback. This was first I’m hearing about rooftop deck cleanliness or cleanliness at all unfortunately. I would have rectified immediately when we talked it wasn’t mentioned. As far as maintenance I agree we missed replacing some light bulbs but send someone quickly to replace. As far as other maintenance I’m not sure what you are referring too. After hurricane I replaced all flooring and did some painting and replaced all kitchen and bathroom counters. Additionally all appliances are new in last year. After speaking a few dozen times you never mentioned anything. Nonetheless I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.

Everything you need in a perfect location!

This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe.

Fantastic place, fantastic location

We loved the property, it is located within walking distance to pretty much everything in Clearwater Beach, and only a block over from the beach. It is well equipped with beach items as well as kitchen and living items. There is ample room for people to spread out for privacy when wanted or to come together in common areas. We all loved the rooftop deck. Highly recommended!
