The cottage is located in the heart of Steinhatchee's fishing and scalloping activities yet quiet and peaceful. It is very near the public boat ramp, Roys Seafood Restaurant, Sea Hag Marina, River Club Marina and the mouth of the River and Gulf. There is live music and entertainment at the marinas. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boats. We have fishing tournaments or festivals every weekend. Scallop season is June 15th thru We are pet friendly. October through March we cater to those who want to spend the winter in Florida with reasonable monthly rates. Come join the fun.

Perfect little bungalow

This was a nice place to stay. Not fancy but clean and perfect for what we needed. No complaints whatsoever.

Thanks for staying with us. We are older fishing and scalloping cottages but we pride ourselves on cleanliness. I have had to let housekeepers go because they didn’t clean to my standards. We are quaint and vintage old school cottages but we are modernizing more and more. Even though we would prefer to stay old and vintage style. Most people prefer modern. So be it.

Perfect private little house. Hot water was plentiful and AC is perfect for this small getaway. Would have even been comfortable if it was more than just two adults!

Secluded but close to everything!

Great little spot. Nothing fancy but very clean and was perfect for my husband and I and our pups for a long weekend scalloping. Great communication from property manager. Will definitely be back!

Cute and simple

It was perfect for our weekend of scalloping. We spend most of our time on the water and just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We needed a late check in that she so graciously accommodated. My older son enjoyed the upstairs lodge. The house was small and simple and exactly whG we needed for the weekend

Cute little fishing town and house

This tiny house is fine. Not super clean, not super nice, but not bad. It is mostly just older and lacking upkeep. We were unable to lock the deadbolt on the front door and the bathroom could use some maintenance. We really liked the location and Steinhatchee is a beautiful small fishing town.

Thank you, it has been going through remodeling. We put a new roof on and the kitchen, bathroom and a new door is being put in. We were held up from getting it done because other homes needed work worse. We don’t have enough building repair personnel in our area. Also hurricanes have stalled our project. As for cleanliness, I was out of town and the housekeeper wasn’t doing her job. She is no longer employed with me. I’m so sorry. Coastal cottage 522 is in the process now and 524 and 526 have been done.
