In addition to the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean, you will also enjoy private beach access and a beachfront swimming pool (open April- September), an Outdoor BBQ Grill, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The covered parking spot assigned to the unit is fortunately deep enough to accommodate 2 regular sized vehicles or 1 vehicle and a golf cart (highly recommend renting one for your vacation). That said, please note that no trailers are allowed on the property due to the parking lot being somewhat small. There is a city parking lot about a block away. Also please note that per Surfside Beach Fire Dept safety regulations, no storage is allowed underneath the building, walkways or stairs, e.g. no beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Unfortunately the building has NO ELEVATOR and also no pets or smokers are allowed.
