Location, Location, Location! The home located on the very desirable quiet north end of Anna Maria, Florida . This charming two story duplex- each unit has two bedrooms , one bathroom. Rent one unit or both. Perfect for a group of extended family and friends who want their own place but still be right together as a group. Heated inground pool, steps to the Bean Point Beach and everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Vacation. Parking is right at the front of the property.

Very short walk to the white sandy north end beach. Close enough to run for lunch and return for the most amazing sunsets. Includes beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and all you need for a perfect day at the beach!
If you like to fish, grab your fishing pole and walk few minutes to the Rod and Reel Pier.

Heated pool , private seating and grilling areas. The house is fully equipped with all linens, kitchen equipment, WIFI and more.

Low traffic area makes it safe to use the bicycles to get around. Easily travel across the island on the free trolley, which runs every 20 mins and has many stops around the island. There are many places who offer bikes and golf carts for rent in the island . There are many restaurants, small shops and Public supermarket all with in 10 min max driving and reachable by bikes and golf carts.

Beautiful spot in AMI

The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet spot on Anna Maria Island. The unit has recently been remodeled and was spotless. If you don’t mind a short walk to the beach, the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay on Anna Maria Island

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful 1st trip to the island. The house/unit was perfect for us!! Beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area! What a little luxury to have it basically to ourselves. It was a quick walk to the beach, and easy getting around town. I would absolutely recommend this rental to others and hope to come back again! Clean comfortable and lovely

My husband and our 5 year old daughter stayed for 5 days. The property is perfect for young families with the pool and walking distance to beautiful Bean Point Beach. The location is central to everything AMI has to offer. The property is clean and provides everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Rasa was reliable and pleasant, and very communicative. We will be back!

Great place

I chose this place due to the reviews of cleanliness and property manager responsiveness to any concerns and it did not disappoint! Very clean and comfortable and they answered any questions ASAP. Great location to the beach and walkable to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the dipping pool and surrounding pool area also. I definitely would recommend this place!

The Mermaid House

The property itself was very clean and well kept up. The outdoor shower is nice to rinse off from the beach and there's laundry available. It's walkable (<15 minutes) to the free trolley and many restaurants and shops, and many adult bikes (no kids bikes) at the property next door to use if wanted.

Relaxing vacation

The house was even better than what it looked like in the photos. It was very clean and worked out great for our family of 4. Short easy walk to the beach. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating. The only downfall is that you can hear the upstairs guests when they are walking or when the baby was crying. We still enjoyed our first time on the island. Nice and quiet area.

Idyllic Beach Home

This home was so comfortable and the patio-pool area is a DREAM to spend mornings on! We also did lots of grilling poolside until the time for the famous sunsets. Beach was easy to walk to for sunrise shells hunts, days by the shore swimming g, evening sunset photos, and nighttime crab hunting! Rasa was an incredible host! She went above and beyond, even mailing us special items left behind. I’ve stayed at 3 locations on AMI, and this was BY FAR the best! Thank you, Rasa!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed a perfect Thanksgiving getaway at this awesome AMI property. It's decorated in a really cute beachy theme - super clean and super cozy - and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The pool area is awesome - and you are literally steps away from the most amazing beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbreallas, coolers, bikes ... everything is provided! The location is great - a block from the Rod and Reel pier, and short walk to Pine Avenue (restaurants and shops). The owner Rasa is awesome to work with - super responsive and very accomodating. We loved our stay and will definitely rent this property again!

First Trip to AMI

I recently had the pleasure of staying here on Anna Maria Island, and it was an experience to remember. The pool and patio were small but inviting. You will end up sharing this space with the adjoining unit but it was not an issue for us. The house itself is beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, coastal charm that immediately made us feel at home. There is a very short walk to the beach. The house has chairs, coolers and umbrellas for use in the shed. There is a laundry room that’s accessible from outside the house too.

Great Location

This property is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool area and the front patio. This place was spotless on the surface but unfortunately smelled like mold. It was noticeable off and off and very much when we we returned home. All of our stuff had to be aired out and/or washed multiple times. We are sensitive to mold so this was very unfortunate. The communication before, during and after was great. Didn’t love that there wasn’t a bit extra toilet paper and/or paper towels. Bedding on beds was very thin.

Blocks from the beach!

Great property close to beach access! The location was a few blocks from the public beach access for Bean Point. Rasa provided beach chairs, umbrellas, assortment of beach toys for any of her guests to use. They are stored in a shared shed and all of the equipment was in great condition, I think our umbrella may have been brand new. She also has 6-8 bikes with small baskets that can be used as well to get around the island. We would bike to grab the pastries and have breakfast outside each morning. The property is clean, modern and thoughtfully decorated. Plenty of towels were provided, limited amount of toiletries like shampoo and conditioner however I’m sure if we needed more, Rasa would have been happy to bring over more. The pool is not very large, but was a great place to relax in after a full day at the beach. The plumeria trees were in full bloom and beautiful while we were there! Be mindful that this is a first floor unit and there is a upstairs unit. We could definitely hear the guests walking around upstairs. The home and host were great! We would definitely stay here again!
