Bayview Private Retreat

The House has a beautiful long balcony that overlook estuary. You will definitely enjoy panoramic view of Sacramento River, Mount Diablo and the Bay.

At the private backyard you will find an inviting and relaxing deck, nicely set flowers and plants. Enjoy the very private and shady gazebo-like porch or relax in a cozy sauna.

Use the Sunroom to enjoy relaxing at electric massage chair.

The leaving room connects beautifully with a play of colors and unique artworks. You will see art pieces in every room. Unusual lightning and lamps add artistic atmosphere. The high ceiling enhance the space, windows allow plenty of sunshine.

The kitchen is located at the first floor. This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even a large family dinner. Just bring your own food and we’ll provide the rest.
The kitchen comes with:
Plenty of pots/pans/platters
Serving utensils
Oven
Dishwasher.

The kitchen is connected to a very cozy entertainment area where you can watch internet-enabled smart TV, just login to your Hula or NetFlix accounts. The whole house has WiFi throughout.

There are 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine located at the second floor. The mezzanine and the master bedroom have exits to a balcony.

Room 1: Upstairs Master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, its own bathroom and its own exit to the balcony.
Room 2: Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, it’s own closet. Has a window overlooking front lawn. Shared bathroom.

LOVE this place!! Great location, great views, cute as hell house, fun art. I don’t have kids, but I knocked it a little on family-friendliness only because there is a lot of art, of varying kinds, and some of it is a little pointy, small, etc. But it’s fantastic. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean and comfortable

The property was just as listed
the back balcony was better than any picture could capture. It was comfortable and clean, perfect for our quick weekend trip. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would stay here again!

Convenient location, great atmosphere, fantastic view

Stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding at the GC Marina area which is less that 5 minutes away. The home is artfully decorated with a lovely deck off the master bedroom that we could have spent all day on.

Lovely home in East Bay

We loved this home! The back porch view is amazing!! Wife and i stayed 1 week for my bDay vacation. Highly recommend. This is why VRBO is great. Neighborhood is a quiet, middle-class East Bay development, overlooking the bay & mountains, about 10 minutes from downtown Vallejo. It was a great location for us, in between SF and Napa, 40 minuted from downtown Napa. I loved the design. Quirky, creative, lots of color, lovely decorative art pieces. The baths and kitchen had everythg we needed. The front room/dinette area and the living room were perfect places to have morning coffee with a scone or English muffin. Beds were quite firm. Plenty of decent pilows and towels. The showcase of the property is really the small, but Beautiful, well manicured backyard space with several lovely seating areas. We just looooved that. Perfect quiet space for a glass of wine and a book.

Great place and very hospitable

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, owner has wonderful follow through. The massage chair was a godsend after each night at Bottlerock and our sore back and feet. Sure there are some updates to the house that could be done (paint spots, dividing door in one of the bathrooms, screens on the sliding glass doors), but it doesn’t detract from the comfort and wonderful artwork around the whole place. Highly recommend!

Lovely Artist's Home

Great location overlooking an estuary in a very safe neighborhood. If you like colors and fun artistic touches this is the place. Also has a small fenced in yard perfect for a small dog. Also close enough to the Napa region to do some good tasting.

Mommy & Daughter Vacay

My daughter stayed at this beautiful home because we were going to the Blue Note Jazz Fest at the Charles Krug Winery in Napa and the home was a treat itself. We had a wonderful time making memories here, the views were stunning and it was so peaceful. I also enjoyed the sauna, the massage chair, and the attention to detail throughout the home. It was a perfect girls getaway!

Spectacular lodging

Sveltana's house reminded me of one of those crazy apartments in The Real World, playful but homey. If anything the listing undersells it, especially the stunning view. Everything about the stay was easy and comfortable, and the extras were welcome. (I hope it was okay that I used the coffee.) Highly recommended.

A Breath-taking view

We loved this rental! So many fun areas to congregate and visit - not to mention a back deck view that you would see in movies. This is where we spent most of our time. The evenings were perfect weather and the twilight time was perfect. If you love modern art, you are in for a real treat. Vibrant colors and interesting perspectives. We would definitely book again and highly recomment to other travelers.

Great location with fabulous view. Property could be cleaner and yard needs maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub is broken which was not made clear in property description. The neighborhood is quiet. Very eclectic home with great artwork and vibrant colors.

Fun and Easy Property, but Missing Amenity that was specifically desired

The booking and the entry into the property were very easy. Communication with the owner was good. My only real complaint is with the description of the property. I specifically searched for a property with a Hot Tub which is stated in the description of the property. "Enjoy the very private and shady gazebo-like porch or relax in the cozy sauna and a hot tub." On arrival at the property we searched out the hot tub to find it covered and empty. When I questioned Svetlana about the use of the hot tub this is the answer that I received, "Unfortunately we stop to advertise the hot tub lately because of the technical problem." Well, I went back to double check the advertisement to make sure that I had not read it wrong and I did not. Needless to say that our group was very disappointed because that was really the primary reason we went with this property over others because of the hot tub. There wasn't much we could do about it after we were there. Regardless the views are beautiful and the house is fun with bright colors and great seating areas. I would rent this property again if they were to get the hot tub working. And I now know to contact owners prior to for confirmation on the amenities we find we desire most.

Great House, very special!

Very easy to checkin/checkout. AWESOME location and views. We biked all around the Estuary/park at the bottom of the hill and the Bay Trail over in Martinez! Very convenient house with small things that make everything easier, clean electric tea kettle, easy to use coffee maker, spices and small things like oil, vinegar etc. The massage chair overlooking the beautiful river in the fog with a hot cup of tea in the morning is GREAT! The Burmese restaurant on Southhampton in Benicia is really delicious. Highly recommend this house!

Great Place

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was colorfully decorated, well maintained, great layout, nicely landscaped, and well furnished. It was cool enough to fire up the fireplace which added a nice touch. We all enjoyed the sauna & hot tub after the days outings and the backyard views. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We will definitely be back when we're out this way again.

Fabulous location with artists flair

Perfect location in a lovely neighborhood. Great view and wonderful amenities. Well furnished and very comfortable. Eclectic art throughout. Backyard is resort like with great patios, fenced yard, sauna and spa. We will return.
