Situé dans la rue Vincent quartier historique, à distance de marche des restaurants au bord de l'eau, les commodités et le service de ferry de classe mondiale à San Francisco. Les bungalows historiques ont été rénovés par des architectes primés et sont une maison privée avec un salon extérieur avec vue sur la riviÚre Napa pour votre plaisir. En tant qu'hÎtes, nous avons parcouru de loin et voulu créer un logement qui était comme une maison loin de chez soi tout en offrant une expérience de boutique. Visitez-nous et profitez-en!

La maison a été rénovée et offre environ 700 pieds carrés d'espace. Le bungalow dispose d'une chambre, d'un dressing, d'un bain avec baignoire à griffe, d'une grande cuisine, d'un buanderie et d'une buanderie et d'un salon trÚs confortable. Une zone extérieure privée est destinée à votre usage. Tous les nouveaux meubles et accessoires de cuisine. Le porche est un endroit idéal pour vous promener et regarder le coucher de soleil sur la riviÚre Napa.

Les invités ont accÚs à l'ensemble du bungalow pour la vie privée. La porte est équipée d'un code d'accÚs privé pour votre usage uniquement. Appelez une cloche si vous oubliez votre code et nous pouvons vous aider!

Centralement situé dans la région de la baie et dans la rue historique Vincent, vous pouvez vous rendre au terminal du ferry avec le service à San Francisco et au parc des balles SF Giants ou à Napa Valley Winetrain, des restaurants et des bars aux alentours, des allées et des sentiers naturels. Le trajet en ferry à travers la baie est un régal en soi. Vallejo est célÚbre pour ses festivals riverains, Sear Point Raceway, Six Flags Amusement Park, et comme une porte d'entrée vers cette merveilleuse région de la baie. Et pour les trivia, Vallejo était la capitale originale de Californie!

This spot, the house behind the houses part of a trio of small homes on the property with it’s own parking off the alley. Beautiful interior with a great tub and comfy bed. The neighborhood is near the waterfront in Vallejo - many of the places in this area have been renewed. The spot was just right for us!

Overall good experience. Nice property and comfortable stay. One night there was a police helicopter circling overhead for at least an hour and then on trash day there was a house less individual digging through the garbage/recycling and making a mess, but we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very cute bungalow. It was missing a few items or someone may have taken the dishes or maybe we could not locate but one bowl. The bathroom doors were difficult to shut or keep closed. I loved the quaintness of the early period style of the home and it was very quiet and comfortable. If you want someplace close to the ferry an also Kaiser Hospital (which was where my mom was for a bit), I would recommend since it had laundry and a kitchen. I would recommend. Just need to double check the utensils and dishes. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and excellent communication!

Clean, comfortable

The space worked well for our needs and we saw a ton of fireworks over Fourth of July weekend. The bungalow was a little warm and stuffy, but instead of using the nest we just opened up the windows and that fixed the problem.

Wonderful!

The property was exactly what I hoped for. It was tidy, homey, and private. I especially loved the private parking and that I could walk to the ferry -- so easy to get to San Francisco! Meehyun was a responsive and accommodating host, made sure I had everything I needed I would definitely stay here again.

Cute Little Bungalow Close To Mare Island

We had a wonderful time is this little place. Owners were very accessible and responsive. The Saturday Farmers Market was delightful and we highly recommend the distillery on Mare Island. Wine tasting in nearby Suisun Valley reminded me of what Napa was like in the 70's. Quaint, rustic and great wines.

They've thought of everything!

My daughter and I stayed at the Bungalow while we were in Napa for her water polo tournament. The location was easy access, and the place was immaculate. The queen size bed was SO comfy and the Braun coffee maker with pods already there was an added treat! I'd recommend this place to any traveler, single or small family.

Great location

This is our second time staying at the bungalows. We found it to be a great location and super comfortable! The bungalow is very clean and the host has thought of all the little extras. Check in is super easy and communication was easy with fast responses. When in Vallejo we would definitely stay again. Just a wonderful ferry ride to San Francisco or an easy drive to Napa/Sonoma from this centraly located property

Cute, clean and with some added touches

This place was great! Originally, I had only planned for two people to be staying here but because we had the space, we were able to have four instead. Two of us shared the one bed and two people slept in the living room on the pullout couch, this property was very clean, it was adorable, and the part we appreciated the most was that there were snacks, water, a bottle of wine and simple things like oil and salt for cooking. We were there for the Maker Faire on Mare Island so it was a perfect location for us to easily walk down to the ferry and the brewery.

Quiet and Quaint

I wanted a quiet and comfortable place. Parking was easy, access was easy and it was quiet. Close enough to downtown Napa to go for a nice dinner. Mare Island was interesting and our visit to St. Peter’s church was enlightening. Not much to the town itself. Overall a pleasant experience.

Vallejo bungalow worked well for us!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean with nice contemporary decor. We had everything we needed including iron, hair dryer, fan, and washer and dryer. The property owners were friendly and responsive to our communication. The location was very central for our San Francisco and wine country destinations. The size was perfect for us.

Wonderful little bungalow

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect. We walked to the ferry for San Francisco, and it's a short drive to Napa. There is also plenty to do an see nearby. The property itself was clean and well maintained. Our bungalow had private off-street parking, which was really nice. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions we had or issues. I.e. we had the wrong combo for the lock, but it was resolved in minutes.

Vallejo Bungalow

We stayed at the Waterfront Boutique Bungalow in March 2023. The bungalow we stayed at is at the rear of the property and is as advertised. We had no issues and communication was good. Bed was comfortable and overall a quiet stay though nearby street noise can be quite loud at times. Check in was flawless, furniture was clean and in good working order. The three bungalows could use a bit of maintenance (paint, gate repair, some yardwork) but nothing was broken and all functioned as it should. All in all, a good stay in a decent part of Vallejo, which can be hard to find!

The inside has been decorated and updated nicely. The outside needs painting, screens on the windows and front, replacement windows and some kind of insulation to help with heat retention. Even on a 78 degree day the house was very hot when we returned. We left a hot foothill area for a break. Outside wasn't too bad but inside took hours to cool off.

Classy tranquil home that will surpass your every need while offering you thoughtful extras

First of all let me say that I lived in the SanFrancisco Bay Area for six years a few years ago, am fairly critical when making reviews, and vacation regularly. I feel I am an excellent judge of vacation homes.. and am HIGHLY recommending this lovely rental. This is home has its own driveway, separate bedroom with the MOST comfortable bed we’ve slept on probably ever, fantastic linens, everything you would need and hope for in a rental. On top of necessities and the above and beyond luxury items to have such a toiletries, spices, snacks, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies they additionally left a care basket that came in really handy on our late arrival with hungry kids as well as one thing for the adults that we whole heartedly enjoyed the same night, and chocolates around the house. When they heard we had children they even left books and games for the kids in the home for us. The house is walking distance to the ferry which is the cheapest way to explore San Francisco, and central to Napa, Berkeley, Oakland +++, oh and it took us 6m to get the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom which blew my kids away! We rebooked immediately to stay here again on the return leg of our current trip.. and highly recommend their rentals to anyone seeking a great rental experience.

This was our second booking in this house this month! Perfect in every way!

As my family made a round trip loop around the United States, this stay was our second in a month after being elated with our first stay. As I mentioned previously, we are avid travelers, and have stayed at hundreds upon hundreds of rental properties over our years. When I recommend this property I do so from the perspective of someone whom is fairly good at comparing properties. Coming back to the property for our second time at very end of our lengthy trip I was surprised how BIG the house is. “Bungalow” gives the impression that it is very small and it quite large. The king sized bed that is fantastic from the mattress to the linens, huge driveway that allowed room for our suv and Uhaul trailer, bathrobes/slippers, local chocolates again, snack basket, water and even a bottle of wine is something I could now see they do consistently for each of their guests. This time they had even added more games and books to the large amount in the home on our first visit. I spent our second week there in Vallejo with my three children and without my husband who returned to our home state to work for a week. The neighborhood is safe, traffic was always amazing in the area, and from this house we went all over San Francisco via the El Cerrito Norte BART, or the ferry which is walking distance from the home. El Cerrito has an AMAZING affordable indoor sports complex that is open to the public 2 minutes from the house with indoor basketball courts (6), indoor soccer fields, volleyball courts, batting cages, pool tables, ping pong etc etc. Additionally every shopping need we had from Target to Trader Joe’s and pharmacies were blocks from the house. The touristy favorite attractions we enjoyed most as a family was the Escape from Alcatraz boat tour, Madame Tussauds Dungeon tour (really really historically good and the kids loved it), and the California Academy of Sciences (planetarium, HUGE five story rainforest, butterfly exhibit, natural science museum area, mineral exhibit, an AMAZING multiple story aquarium. All of these were in the goCitypass card. Lefty’s Ballpark Buffett next to Madame Tussaud’s is amazing..you feel like you in Vegas, and they are so generous there.. charged me lunch prices instead of dinner and only for two kids rather than three. Mountain Mikes Pizza lunch buffet.. (all over the Bay and San Francisco was also great. Chose this rental & experience the owners pride at providing a complete San Francisco boutique experience!

We loved the house!

We are from far Northern Calif and rented two of the 3 houses, the one in the back and one of the two that sit out front over looking the street. Personally, I preferred that our house in the back had it's own parking area and we didn't have to climb the steps (first from the street then up the porch) each time, LOL my feet were killing me from playing tourist. The coded locking system was super easy and convenient AND the location was ideal; central to everything we did during our 3 night stay, One day in San Francisco/Wharf/Alcatraz/Old Firetruck tour (which was really cool). One day in Napa for an awesome picnic at Pine Ridge Vineyards and mud baths in Calistoga, then day 3 we went to Six Flags. The houses are definitely older, which is part of their charm, you'd never know it by much of the inside with a mix of modern such as the appliances while maintaining the historic feel. It was clean! I dribbled some water on the floor and used white paper towels to mop up and I'm not sure I've seen them come up still so pure white from doing that...as a germ-a-phob, I appreciated that I felt comfortable walking barefoot in the house, no nasty carpeting. You could feel a sense of history, we found ourselves wondering what all may have transpired over the years in those houses, who lived there...I even enjoyed the old style windows you slide up in their wooden sills. If I had to point out 3 tiny negatives (trivial really and no impact to our stay) I'd say 1- because the house is old, it does lean downhill to the north a bit, a bottle laid on the kitchen island or the floor does roll LOL but we laughed about it and chalked it up to the age/charm of residence. 2) The tub/shower combo could use a tad more pressure from the rain shower head and the clear liner touches/clings to you a bit while you are showering. 3) I'd like a little bit more counter space or shelves in the bathroom for while getting ready for make up and toiletries...again, super minor not even considered drawbacks but things I may have wanted to know. One other thing unrelated to the houses, it seems the Mare Island Brewery down on the water was a recommended place to eat, all 4 of us didn't really love our dinner; a great upper deck over looking the water for a cold beer but the food we found a bit mediocre. Michael and I are both award winning architects who live in Lucas Valley California. We have traveled wide and wanted to create a lodging that is a home away from home but at the same time provide a boutique experience. We have renovated the bungalows with care as it is located in St. Vincent historic district. We have enhanced and preserved many of its historical details.

I am a Mother, architect, consummate 4th generation entrepreneur, Nerium Brand Partner and now Airbnb and VRBO host.

Boutique Bungalow is centrally located in the waterfront and St. Vincent historic district with its charm and quick access to all the best of the Bay Area. From a short walk from the bungalow take the world class ferry ride to San Francisco Ferry Building with its renowned restaurants and market place or a wine train up to the world famous wine country. Vallejo offers its own famous waterfront festivals, amusement park, Sonoma Raceway and rich California history. Vallejo was the first capital of California!
