Country Club Home with Great Views

The home is in excellent condition and has been lovingly maintained and cared for – fully remodeled in 2018. Located on a large wash, it has spectacular mountain and sunset views . 30 day minimum rental required.
It is a light, bright, and clutter free home. All linens and bedding are new.
The kitchen has slab granite counter tops with back splash and a under mount sink, The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining and has a microwave oven and gas top range.
The master bathroom has his and her sinks and with glass block windows in the oversized shower. The den has a computer desk with internet connection
Anthem is 30 minutes away to over 25 golf courses, and it's a great place to stay whether you are on vacation or when you're in the Phoenix area attending sporting events.

Comfy Country Club Home

This was definitely our home away from home!! Very clean and quiet. Enjoyed our time relaxing in the pool💦 Beautiful kitchen to cook in and have a nice dinner. Enjoyed morning walks and loved taking exercise classes at the Fitness Center. The views of Daisy Mountain and the sunsets were spectacular🌅. Would highly recommend this property. Had so much fun would love to stay again!!

Great Getaway!

Carman's Country Club Home in Anthem Country Club was an amazing place to stay during our month-long winter sojourn (from frozen Minnesota). We appreciated the space to accommodate my wife and I and two small dogs, as well as occasional visits from family and friends during our stay. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed for our temporary relocation.Its location is convenient to I-17 which made our multiple day trips to Sedona quick and easy (no Phoenix metro traffic). Likewise, it's easy to hop over to Cave Creek and Carefree, as well as North Scottsdale.Thanks, Carman, for being a responsive and helpful host as well as providing great suggestions for places to visit nearby (like the Bearded Barber). We totally enjoyed our visit.

Anthem Country Club Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Anthem Country Club - we stayed for 2 months to enjoy the winter weather in Phoenix. Great property! Very nice house that is spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals (kitchen is amazing - large and lots of countertop space) - there is also a large back porch with amazing views with lots of birds coming and going. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the backyard that we did not get to use because it was winter and too cold - but would be wonderful during the warmer months. Gated community - the area is very well kept - we went on almost daily walks and everyone we met was very friendly. Grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants nearby. A quick drive into Phoenix/Scottsdale for events at Westworld or Central Phoenix. The host was very responsive and quickly answered all my questions. We hope to stay again soon.
