As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy interior, designed to make you feel right at home. The main floor boasts a cozy living area, perfect for lounging and catching up with loved ones. Your card will not be charged unless damage occurs, and you will be notified of any damage and associated costs before a charge is processed. Guests may alternatively choose to pay a one-time, nonrefundable damage-protection fee instead of providing a security deposit.

With a $90 per person tenant membership, enjoy all that the Anthem community amenities offer: pools, fitness, tennis, and pickleball. Waterpark open Memorial Day-Labor day. Take a day trip to Sedona or Flagstaff, with easy access to the freeway.

****Well behaved dogs allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required per pet to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

Please be advised that there will be a small processing fee for cancellations on VRBO or direct bookings.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.
