Located at the high Sonora Desert foothills, Anthem is a highly rated master planned community offering golfing, restaurants, community parks, recreational trails, a first-class aquatic center, shopping and much more! Anthem is located a short 35- 45 minute drive north of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

The space
Our home truly is a home away from home! You will find everything you need for a more than relaxing and comfortable stay. Our 1 level 3-bedroom, 2 bath home features an open concept living room with dining area and plantation shutters throughout. With clean, comfortable furnishings and modern décor, this home is perfect for a couple or family, sleeping up to 6 guests.

The master suite features a comfortable, king size bed, private ensuite bathroom with double bowl vanity, walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a comfortable, queen-size bed, full bath located just outside the bedroom and large closet. The third bedroom has a single bunk on top with double futon below sharing the second full bathroom - which is perfect for your visiting family. Our third bedroom is also equipped with a desk, office chair and 27” monitor. The second bath features a tub and shower combination. All bedrooms have plantation shutters to ensure a good night's sleep!

Our large, backyard offers privacy with tasteful landscaping and a relaxing water feature pond. Enjoy sitting outside on our extended and covered patio with comfortable seating, propane patio heater, and BBQ.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home & backyard, including the 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. All guests must park in the driveway, or garage. All stays include the free use of two E-Bikes which are a fantastic way to explore the area!

IMPORTANT NOTE - Country Club Membership
For those guests enjoying a longer-term stay, membership to the Anthem Country Club can be transferred to provide you full access to amenities including heated swimming pools, state of the art equipped fitness clubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, restaurants and much more. Please contact us for details; a membership transfer fee applies.

Guests staying for shorter-term rentals may purchase membership to the Anthem Community Club which provides access to outdoor swimming pool, aquatics park, outdoor volleyball/tennis courts, indoor basketball/volleyball courts, fitness center, ten-court pickle ball complex and much more!

Other things to note
This is a gated community with a security guard gate for added peace of mind and security. There is a one-time cleaning fee and for guest with pets, there is a one-time pet fee of $199 USD. The home is fully equipped with all bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and equipment.
