One of Folly's Best! This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom corner condo is located in luxury community of Mariner's Cay. Tennis courts and pool are available for use during your stay and a lovely view of the river, marina, and marshes that extend for miles. The sunsets from this unit are something you do not want to miss! There is a wraparound porch perfect to take in the surrounding sights. It can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen has upgraded granite counter tops and a laundry closet with brand new washer and dryer. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes. Stroll over the bridge onto Center Street and find all the restaurants and shops Folly has to offer! This location cannot be beat! The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. *This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property** Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. Clean Sweep does not allow pets. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. The view is everything. The place was comfortable, beds were good, living room was spacious, and we loved the little game table. Location was in good proximity to everything we needed. We did come in December so it was cold out but I imagine coffee on the back porch is absolutely lovely. Can’t go wrong with this pick.

Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! Very spacious and gorgeous views of the Marsh. We enjoyed the card games as well.

We really enjoyed this unit with its awesome view. We have stayed at Mariners Cay many times over the years and this was one of the better views of the river. Property was clean and easy to access. Rental company was quick to respond to questions. The easy check-in was slightly negated since we had to go to the rental office to get the gate key. Overall, enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.

The residents on the condo were very nice and friendly to my kids. It smelled so clean upon arrival. The location was great; walking distance to the beach, it’s just over the bridge and about 8 miles to downtown Charleston. The view of the river was great and relaxing. The porch was also screened in as well. We will definitely be back again.

We had a great time at Folly Beach! Thank you for hosting! The property management was very accessible and answered any questions or observations with alacrity so nothing hindered our stay. We would love to go back to Folly and Charleston in the future.

Loved the screened in porch and view of marsh

Very nice property that suited our needs very well. Very comfortable. Liked layout. Particularly appreciated the porch and amazing view of the marsh.There were a couple things that could be improved upon. Very disappointed with the poor cable plan with only a few channels. Couldn't even get weather channel which is a must at the beach. We tried to stream our own Xfinity plan from home but weren't allowed to by tv (according to error message). We were able to use other streaming services but no live tv.Door to dishwasher will not stay open which means it has to be held open while trying to load dishes.Shower handle in secondary bath seems to have been installed upside down which makes it difficult to adjust water temp for shower.Despite these inconveniences, we had a nice visit and enjoyed the unit.

Wonderful Time

Exactly as described, beautiful condo,amazing sunsets,and the added plus an elevator.Also, I fell in love, with of all things, the cookware. I had to order a set for myself when I returned home.Overall, truly wonderful time,visiting with my son,and daughter-in-law, and of course my beautiful grandchildren.

Fantastic balcony

This location had one of the best balconies in the complex that wrapped around the west/northwest side on the second floor. Great sunset view that spanned the horizon. The king and queen bedrooms were on opposite ends and this made for nice privacy. Even though the second bathroom was not attached, it was still very private and accessible. This was very good for two couples. Some of the furniture had seen better days, but it was clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

Fantastic Views and Location

This was the perfect getaway for a sister birthday trip. Great location near the beach but not too far from Charleston. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The screened in porch with beautiful mast views was our favorite part. The only negative was that this condo was in a gated community. We were not given instructions on how to enter the gate when we arrived.

Beautiful sunsets

The property is lovely although at night it was hard to find the keypad for the gate. I also was looking for a unit number and it was the actual address which I thought was the address of the entire complex. The unit is on the second floor, not the first but it was great to have an elevator though. It advertises the beach is a 15 minute walk, I don't think I could have even ran it in 15 minutes for it's a long ways to Folly Beach if that's the beach they are talking about. All in all we had an excellent stay and it was so enjoyable sitting on the screened in balcony watching the sunsets. If we go back to beautiful Folly Beach we will definitely stay there.

We cannot say enough good things about our visit. The views of the marsh were amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean and spacious. The location was convenient to the beach and downtown. We didn’t want to leave!

Family weekend at Folly beach

We enjoyed our stay, the appartment has a great view and good location. It is a quiet place. The appartment was very clean and the livingroom comfortable. However, the mattress at the main room felt very cheap and the blinds didnt work well. I think the host must improve this as sleeping well is key when you look for a weekend in the beach. It was overall a good experience.
