The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, closet storage space in each room, and large windows that allow natural light or room darkening shades for downtime.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

The design, layout and accommodations were great! We wanted for nothing. It was fully stocked with the basics. We enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s wedding!

Lovely house

We needed a place close to the airport and this totally fit the bill. The house is very nice and easy to get to. The hosts were extremely accommodating, even when I was texting with them late at night. Definitely recommend.

Comfy and Cute

Enjoyed our stay for a short weekend in Charleston. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great and the whole home had nice amenities. I really appreciate the hosts for making the check out process so stress free!

Great little house!

House was so cozy, and well cleaned/cared for, and hosts were very responsive! There was construction behind the property, which accounted for people walking back and forth some, but the house was lovely. Thanks!

Great location

This property is located just a few minutes from the North Charleston outlets, West Ashley and Downtown Charleston. It is a pretty spot right on the creek and great views for sunsets. I would definitely use this spot again next time I visit Charleston area

Perfect stay!

Our son had a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park in Mt. Pleasant and this fit our needs perfectly for our stay. The property was clean, well appointed, and very convenient to the fields and downtown Charleston. There is also a large park up the road that our 5 year old daughter enjoyed, which was a bonus!
