Une fois que vous entrez dans la cour clĂŽturĂ©e, vous ĂȘtes arrivĂ© au paradis !! Bienvenue dans ce domaine privĂ© en bord de mer. A l'Ă©tage, il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et en bas se trouve 1 grande chambre et 1 salle de bain. DĂ©tendez-vous au bord de la piscine, qui est chauffĂ©e en hiver, pendant que les enfants jouent dans le sable. Ou promenez-vous sur la jetĂ©e de 350 pieds. N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  pĂȘcher au large de la jetĂ©e ou Ă  sauter dans l'ocĂ©an Atlantique pour vous rafraĂźchir. Il y a 2 kayaks que vous pouvez utiliser si vous vous sentez aventureux. This is an awesome house. Everything you need is right there. Heated pool, beach, dock and incredible view. We loved it and would stay again. A week was not enough.

Nice house and lovely heated pool and long dock for fishing. Both Shanie and JP (care taker) were easy to contact and responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

We found the entire home and grounds extremely clean and well maintained. Location was great for morning sunrises and private beach access. Communications with check-in were timely and very easy. We even received a call on our way to the property to help us with our arrival. Thanks so much for the included amenities of two grills, ping pong table, toys, heated pool and two kayaks. Our only regret was that we didn't book a longer stay. We hope to come back.

If you are comfortable staying at a home that was partially renovated approximately 10 years ago (as cheaply as possible) and where you get the bare minimum of everything (TP, paper towels, towels, etc.), then this could be the place for you. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever rented and stayed, but it’s not even middle of the road. On the plus side, the host (JP) was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Our family has stayed here several times. The property is great and the fishing is fabulous. It’s our home away from home once a year. I enjoy preparing family meals in the updated kitchen. All the tools are available. The maintenance staff are great and respond quickly if needed The peacocks come to visit daily hoping you left a crumb. We can’t wait to visit next year.

Hot water did not work, smell was terrible, broken bathroom sink handle, gate left opened and my dogs could of got to the main road and hit.

Visit at the Pier House

We enjoyed our time at this property and the Keys. The home was clean, well stocked, and had beautiful views. The smell from the sargassum algae was significant during our stay. We were aware of it from reading the reviews. We were not able to get in the ocean because of it which was disappointing. However, we knew this is was possibility due to the time of year that were would be visiting. The property manger was kind and quickly got back to us when we had a question. There are two separate sleeping spaces upstairs and downstairs. If you have someone who struggles with mobility that could be an issue since the kitchen and living space are upstairs. We enjoyed the space split plan. Everyone was able to have their own corner. The outdoor space was our favorite part. There was always a shady place to sit and enjoy the breeze. The pool was clean and a great place to cool off. Overall, we had a great stay.

Amazing property

I’ve been coming down to the upper keys for years and this was by far the best property yet. Some have ocean, some have docks, some you can go out in the ocean from shore and some you can’t. This one has amazing ocean views, swim from shore ocean and a dock to fish or dock your boat. Even caught a couple tarpon and cuda off the dock. House was clean and exactly as described. On my short list of go to properties for the future.

Amazing property

What a great house in a perfect location. The pool, private pier, beach and outdoor entertainment area are enough to stay busy all day. Great kitchen with sweeping views.

Beautiful Outdoors

We were fortunate to get just one day of rain, and otherwise had wonderful weather, which was great because the outdoor space at this property is wonderful. There is a large area to play soccer or throw a ball, as well as beach, long and low dock, and kayaks to use. The outside space is truly what makes this house special. The location is very good and easy to get to -- you're just a handful of miles from some of the more touristy things in Islamorada, making this a quiet spot that still has good access to some of the more touristy attractions.

Paradise

My husband, 3 boys (14,12 and 10) and myself stayed here for a week in November. The home and property are beautiful! Even though there are neighbors it feels so private. The kids loved swimming in the pool and looking for stingrays and fish in the ocean. They also had fun fishing off the pier/ dock. The hardest part was picking which restaurant to try every day. Definitely hope to be back, and soon!!!!

Perfect Private Getaway with Everything you need!

7 adults and 1 toddler stayed in this house and we loved it! The home is tucked away so that you have maximum privacy from neighbors (quiet solitude). The pier was perfect for fishing and looking a fish, stingray, turtles, and baby sharks. We caught some great sunrises out there too! We enjoyed watching the peafowl and other birds, along with the lizards, hermit crabs, and iguanas. The pool was perfect, with seating ledges. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating available! Crew came to clean it twice while we were there. We loved the outdoor towel rack, a second would have been even better! You also have your own private beach, water is shallow. Only drawback is the amount of seaweed and trash along the shore (not something the host can control though, you'll experience this at any ocean side beach in the keys). We often were cleaning up cut aluminum cans and glass before the toddler could go to the beach. If you have children, be prepared for this. Kayaks were great entertainment as well. Kitchen is equipped with all the gear you need. Beach and bath towels are provided. Plenty of closet space and hangers to put your things. Grocery stores are close by. One of the cleanest vacation homes we've stayed in! Listing was perfectly accurate. All adults said they would stay here again. Toddler approved it too. Oh...and check your email spam folder (not vrbo) for the check-in details :-)

Perfect Getaway!

The house was everything we needed and more. The pier was amazing to fish off, in the water we snorkeled for hours, and the pool water was amazing and was the perfect size for marco polo. The house manager John was so nice and very attentive; he responded to our text immediately. l def recommend this house and we plan to return next year for hopefully longer than 7 days!
