The open floor plan flows seamlessly to the pool deck and covered porch, allowing indoor and outdoor living to merge with ease.

Accommodating 8 to 10 guests, the home features a well-appointed master suite with a king bed and ensuite bath complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, separate shower, and private water closet. A second bedroom with two queen beds shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the third guest room, which is furnished with a queen bed plus a twin with trundle—offering both comfort and flexibility for families and groups of friends. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located near the main living area.

The original Pink House once stretched across 12 acres from ocean to bay and is one of only 34 homes built by the Red Cross after the devastating 1935 hurricane, making it a treasured piece of Keys history. (Please note, the pink house is not accessible to guests.) In 2011, the blue house was built, blending modern amenities with the estate’s storied roots.
