Open all year round The Beach House is a 3 bedroom rustic house with a sleeping loft & a private hot tub just steps out the door. There are wrap around decks and ocean views out every window! We are located on MacDonald Spit across the bay from Homer. Reach us by Mako's Water Taxi or fly direct from Anchorage to Seldovia where you will be transported to your cozy Beach House. We have outstanding Bald Eagle & other wildlife photography opportunities Enjoy a quiet retreat-like setting, kayaks, sups and rowboats included. Sorry but we do not accept loud party groups, however, we would be happy to recommend some fun places in Seldovia that do ; ). For a truly Alaskan experience, a boat charter can take you to the Grewingk Glacier this is a one-hour hike where in the summer you can either kayak or picnic on the beach & in the winter you can explore the amazing ice or even skate the glacier! The Brown Bear viewing is a once and lifetime experience, we can help you with that reservation. Please note the water taxi fee is not included.

Here we have two beaches and plenty of space for a comfortable stay. here you can watch the sunrise over one beach and set over the other!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Between Beaches Beach House is located on a very unique land formation that offers two sandy beaches to explore. This cabin sits on a 110 wide lot with sandy beaches & outdoor fire rings on each side. It was built with privacy in mind & catches the last afternoon sun on the upper wrap around deck overlooking both Kasitsna Bay & Kachemak Bay. There is a private hot tub just steps out the door over looking the ocean with distant snow caps mountains. Along with the DIY halibut fishing float there are kayaks, sups and rows boats for your use. we have berry picking in season, tide pooling at minus tides, hiking in Seldovia, along with a sauna and art gallery located on Between Beaches main property. If you visit the historic village of Seldovia you will find shopping, sight seeing & restaurants. For added excursions we can help you with bear viewing, the glacier hike, whale watching or off shore fishing.
