The space:
Each bedroom is wonderfully situated on the lower level with two full bathrooms, the laundry closet, and the rear exit to the backyard. Upstairs you will find an open floor plan where the south facing windows display a gorgeous view of Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. Step out on the back porch to BBQ or sit at the patio table and soak in the view. The living room is perfectly situated between the kitchen and back porch. A half bathroom is available on this level as well. The final point of interest is the backyard where you will find a cozy hot tub patio, porch swing, and fire pit.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house/property, minus one locked supply closet.
Other things to note:
Rates are calculated for five guests. There is a surcharge for each additional guest to help facilitate additional cleaning, laundry, and maintenance. I have a doorbell camera monitoring the whole front of the property which is active during stays. I also have a doorbell camera monitoring the whole backyard and patio which is active during stays. Feel free to utilize the privacy curtains around the hot tub.
