Great house with wonderful amenities. In particular we loved the outdoor dining with misters. Also the jacuzzi heats up very quickly. And the Mountain View’s from the backyard is beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Las Palmas…the house is immaculately decorated and perfectly designed; it’s equipped with everything you would want and offered right where it should be. The quiet neighborhood is close to town if you want to enjoy Palm Springs, or you can choose to just relax and enjoy the pool and countless other amenities Vista offers. Margaret, our host, was very friendly, approachable, and attentive throughout. We would love to return!

If you’re looking for peace and quite close to downtown this is the VRBO! More amenities than we even had a chance to check out. We had a very peaceful mini-break with our girls, would definitely book again!

Incredible stay! Cannot recommend enough. House was just as described and even better. Beds were comfortable, and plenty room. Fully stocked kitchen was great! I came with a group of friends, and we all said how this was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, the house had so many great amenities to enjoy. And being so close to downtown. Owner and house manager were incredibly kind and helpful. I would love to come back any time I’m in Palm Springs.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. There are 7 of us so the 4 king sized beds and 3 full baths were just what we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and the dining and living area are spacious and comfortable. The entire mid century modern home was very well appointed and decorated with high quality finishes. We took full advantage of the pool, spa, outdoor tub and shower and the sauna! That was really a surprise hit! The area was quiet and the backdrop of the mountain was beautiful. And being so close to downtown Palm Springs is an added bonus of this property. The hosts were very responsive before, during, and after our visit, and we would definitely stay there again.

This is our second year staying at this gem of a home. It is delightfully relaxing with the pool and outdoor amenities. It is also so clean and well maintained. We hope to be back next year!

This is our second year in a row staying at this wonderful property. We plan to stay again next year. The house is great, the pool and hot tub are amazing and the outdoor fireplace and ambience is perfect. The host communicates extremely well. We have stayed in this neighborhood Now at least once a year sometimes twice a year for almost the past 10 years and this is our favorite house. Thank you for letting us stay!

This house is wonderful! We stayed for five days for a special family get together of 7 adults. There’s lots of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, an amazing pool area with various seating options and a glorious view of the mountains. And the host is very welcoming and accommodating. They place exceeded our expectations - which were already high - and we can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful Stay - Relaxing and Had it All

This place has it all! Fire table, hot tub, pool, bbq, bar, sauna, all the comforts you need for a fun and restful vacation! We had a great experience and appreciated the walk thru on arrival - our host was in touch and had great suggestions. Highly recommend this property.

Annual family Palm Springs trip

We had the absolute best time at this beautiful home. It was so perfect. The grounds were amazing and the host was outstanding in communication. We have stayed in Palm Springs for multiple years with our family and this was our favorite home. We can’t wait to come back again!

Second stay and still the best

Just returned from our second stay and can't wait to return for a third! Home is still one of the best we've stayed in located in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. My kids enjoyed evening walks on the quiet street and obviously the amazing pool. Hosts and caretaker are great very friendly. Book it and you won't regret !

Family Getaway

Beautiful property in a beautiful area of Palm Springs. Great views, very quiet. Property is very clean and well equipped, and the owner and local property manager are very accommodating and responsive. Among the best VRBO properties we’ve ever experienced.

Fabulous Property!

Group of 6 ladies had an incredible 4 day weekend at this property. It's exactly as presented, super clean, location is amazing and views are spectacular.Host was responsive and gave some great recommendations as well as being flexible when possible.Of all my vacation rental experiences this one was THE best.

Sunny Weekend Stay

Stayed for a long weekend with my siblings and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The house is well suited for couples to stay as a group, offering generous indoor and outdoor communal spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Would definitely return!
