Belle maison de chalet avec vĂ©randa. environ. 200 pieds du lac. Une courte promenade ou un trajet en voiture de 30 secondes. La maison comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complĂštes, une mezzanine avec un grand lit et un canapĂ© non gigogne (unitĂ© de climatisation) ou peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e comme deuxiĂšme salon avec une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois, AC Ă©galement dans le coin salon (premier Ă©tage) avec un canapĂ©-lit queen size. Il y a une cuisine Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 6 Ă  8 personnes. Il y a un quai privĂ© au bord du lac env. 20 par 24 pi ,. laveuse, sĂ©cheuse situĂ©e au sous-sol. À 10 minutes du casino Resorts World Catskills et Ă  15 minutes de la station de ski Holiday Mountain. 20 minutes du centre commercial Crystal Gallery. 30 minutes Ă  Harriman Outlets. Nous avons un bateau Ă  rames et 2 kayaks Ă  utiliser sur le lac.

Fun Lake Property!

This property is a spacious 3-bedroom a short walk from the lake. We found the beds very comfortable, and we enjoyed the property's layout. We were able to comfortably cook a few meals there, and the rules were quite easy to manage. Overall a great experience - would highly recommend!

Great property

The house has excellent amenities and access to lake with dock, row boat, kayaks, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and fishing was great. Short drive to Bethel Woods. Would def come back .

Wonderful vacation

I stayed at this property with my family. The house was clean and cozy. We had everything that we needed. I communicated with the owner and she was very kind. The lake is a minute away from the house. We went fishing and our dog had fun swimming in the lake. Gina and Anthony thank you a lot! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice relaxing time

The house was clean and very comfortable. The front yard is right on the road, which people with small kids should be aware of. The back yard is nice and it is only a short walk to the lake which is just wonderful. We had a great time kayaking around. I would definitely return to this house in the future.

100% would stay again

I’m a traveling RN and my husband, our 18 month old, and two cats all stayed together in Gina and Anthony’s place for 13 weeks. Highly recommend their vacation home! It was clean, quiet, and the owners were very easy to get in touch with. They accommodated the second bedroom for our son’s crib as well. Very quiet and peaceful vacation community with the lake just down the path

Time Away

We enjoyed being away and able to hike around various areas . Neighbors were a bit noisy one evening racing up and down road. For the most part peaceful . Only had one complaint that there was a terrible sewage smell one afternoon and throughout evening. during or following heavy rain storm.

Great place!!

We had a great time! The house is super clean! The owners are so sweet, helpful and communication with them is fast and easy. We had to contact them early in the morning because the house lost power due to an ice storm and they responded and helped us immediately! We will definitely be back!

Much needed relaxation

I am a mental healthcare provider who was looking for a quiet, remote location to take my first break since the pandemic. The house was comfortable with plenty of space for our family to relax in (although my little dog went ballistic from the animal decor). My only complaint was, although it was overall in a remote, rustic location, several other houses are close beside the house, so there were numerous cars parked (in front of an auto business). It wasn’t as quiet and peaceful as I had hoped, but taking walks down to the lake was beautiful!

Perfect relaxing vacation

Where do I start? This house was PERFECT for my family and I. Gina and Anthony, thank you. I first booked this trip for 3 nights and wound up changing it to 4, which was simple. Gina and Anthony always answered promptly the times I reached out before and during our trip. The house is much bigger than it looks in pictures. Nothing is run down and everything was SPOTLESS. We were 6 adults and never felt cramped in the house. We are all of our meals out on the screened in porch and if we weren’t on the lake, that’s where we spent all of our time. Now the lake. PEACEFUL is the word that comes to mind. It is a short walk down from the house and also has a path to drive a car down there. We got a lot of use out of the row boat and the kayak that was provided and we also brought our own kayak. We also brought a bunch of blow up tubes and rope to tie to the dock and just floated all day everyday. The water is clean and not mucky. This is a quiet lake, so you don’t have a ton of speed boats etc going around the lake. I could go on and on about the house, but I think I wrote the most important. If you’re thinking of booking the house, do it. One more thing, we did take a quick trip to town and it was adorable. We brought all of our food to cook, so didn’t need to go out for much, but there are some adorable shops and my favorite was the Christmas Tree Shop they had in town.

Great Lake Vacation

We had a great time at the house over the 4th of July. The house was wonderful - it was just as it was listed and exactly what we were expecting. The private dock is a quick walk from the house and had multiple chairs, kayaks, picnic table, and rowboat that we were able to use throughout our long weekend at the house. Would definitely recommend!

Great and comfortable place

We thoroughly enjoyed our five weeks at this property. Anthony and Gina clearly take great pride in their home. They were very attentive and immediately responsive, but otherwise gave us space to relax and enjoy the place. We hope to come back soon!

Bethel Woods Visit

The property was convenient to Resorts World Catskill and from there we took a BigV bus to avoid the Bethel Woods traffic. We did not spend much time at the property but it was very comfortable for three couples.

Relaxing mini vacation

The property is exactly as described. We loved the fact that the house was close to the lake. The lake was full of activities for a cold winter's day. Gina and her husband have this house stocked with everything you would need or may think you need. They made sure that our time there would be enjoyed. It was a great way to begin the new year!

Wonderful lake,Retreat

The retreat had everything we needed for our 3 day stay, Went kayaking on the Beautiful Lake and fishing the next day. MY son and son in law each had a great space .each room had its own tv and 2 bathrooms were a plus.We built a campfire in the provided area one night

A charming rustic home

The house is as you see it in the pics with the addition of a patio in the front where we were able to relax. Both Gina and Anthony were very accessible and answered all of our questions. We had access to the lake and took the opportunity to take the boat out. It was very serene and relaxing. Recommend this property and the price was exactly right.

Perfect Lake House

First off, the booking process was quick and easy. Not only was the house immaculate and beautiful, the owners are superb. They were very informative, honest, and kept the place well stocked! The house is exactly as advertised, if anything, better. It took us longer to get to NY than we had anticipated and had trouble finding the house because it was so dark out, but Gina was very helpful -did I mention it was 11pm when I had to call her for assistance?! Gina and her husband are very engaged with the rental and will make sure you have an enjoyable stay.
