the place was small but it fit our needs. only one thing i would make known. the air conditioner is a wall mount and i would let it be known. everything worked. Daniel helped out in the beginning and all was good. This made our stay enjoyable. Thank you

Modern Well-Equipped Property

Easy walk or drive to most everything. Close to the beach, harbor, restaurants, shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Daniel was quick to reply to any questions. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it.

Great Spot

Daniel’s got a great spot and is very easy to communicate with. Being able to walk to the beach in 5 min without crossing a road was awesome, and the place itself feels homey, clean, and up-to-date. Thanks for the great time, Daniel!

Great place within walking distance to Doheny Beach

This place was great and was exactly as advertised. Daniel was quick to respond to any question I had, and was extremely pleasant to work with. Plenty of space for 2 people, a good sized closet loaded with hangers, and a full size washer and dryer was super helpful. LOVED the kitchen, and the decor around the house made it feel homey and beachy. Takes about 10 minutes to walk down the canal right to Doheny Beach. Overall, a great 1.5 month stay. Thanks Daniel!

Location Location

This is a very nice condo that is just a short few minute walk to Doheny Beach. The condo has been recently redone and is upscale and exceptionally clean! It is equipped with everything you might require for a longer stay. A really nice 4k TV with access to any streaming platform you need. The communication with the owner was excellent and all of this at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and fun condo

I highly recommend this condo. I really enjoyed my 2 month stay. It is exactly as shown and advertised including many recently renovated features, e.g., the kitchen has new appliances and cabinets and the bathroom has easy to use shower. It quiet, open and very comfortable, the bed seemed newish and was very comfortable. It is close to the harbor and many great restaurants. Daniel was great and easy to work and very attentive. I would recommend him to leave some instructions on how to use sound bar that is connected to the TV and how to reconnect it if there is a problem – there was a short power outage while I was there and it took me a little while to get the system up and running again and I am quite tech savvy.

Incredible location and comfort

Daniel's condo is in an amazing location hands down. Literally out the front door and onto a direct walking/cycling path to beach. Gorgeous scenery and the Pacific ocean as a visual reward. Interior fully equipped on all counts; entertainment, kitchen, linens, water pressure, furnishings. Everything you need has been thought of. Do not hesitate to book this lovely accommodation. Cute condo near beach

Comfortable, clean, and less than a mile to the beach. We live locally & had out of town visitors stay here instead of a hotel. We will refer all our visiting friends & family here.
