Condo calme et confortable de deux chambres dans la communauté fermée du Ritz Pointe. La cuisine a été rénovée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, du carrelage et des comptoirs en granit. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis, y compris une cafetiÚre Keurig 2. 0. La communauté fermée a une piscine et trois spas, dont l'un a une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Les chambres disposent d'un lit king dans le maßtre et un lit queen dans l'invité. Tous deux sont dotés de matelas neufs et de grands placards sans rendez-vous. Le salon a une télévision à écran plat au-dessus de la cheminée à gaz et de nombreux siÚges et un canapé-lit queen. Il y a aussi une salle à manger séparée pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Cette unité est entiÚrement équipée avec des serviettes, des chaises de plage et d'autres engins de plage. le grand patio enveloppant est parfait pour les barbecues. L'unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Le condo est idéalement situé entre San Diego et Los Angeles. Disneyland, LEGOLAND et Knott's Berry Farm sont à 25 minutes en voiture. Avec le port de Dana Point à 10 minutes au sud et la plage de Laguna à 10 minutes au nord, cet emplacement est idéal.

Location! Ease!

We stayed for a month while visiting friends and family in South Orange County. Dana Point is a gorgeous, laid back and fun community. Salt Creek beach was a 6 minute drive from the Condo. Very easy to get to every amenity. Hosts are stellar. We will return!

We stayed here for 5 weeks. The condo was even nicer than the online pictures as they had updated both bathrooms. The hosts were excellent with communicating and answering questions. The unit was the most well-stocked rental that we've ever been to - all spices, olive oil, waters, coffee, first aid kit, tons of towels for beach and shower, extra sheets/blankets/pillows. It is in a quiet gated community near Salt Creek and Monarch Beaches - the walk is about 25 minutes each way along thru the community and private path and golf course. This area is a great location because you can get to Laguna, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano within 5-15 minutes, Newport within 35, San Diego in about 70 minutes and Temecula wine country 90 minutes. We definitely would stay again - even for a shorter visit because of its location to so many nice areas of California.

Spotless Condo

This was our second year reserving the condo for a month. The place is very clean, well equipped, and in a quiet spot in the community. The owner is very responsive and helpful when needed. Close to several beaches and restaurants in the area. Already reserved a month for 2024!

Staycation

Overall we enjoyed our stay! We are locals who stayed here for a month with our two and four year old kids while our home was under construction. Frank was communicative and easy to get in touch with throughout our stay. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. The condo was well equipped, in a quiet corner spot, in perfect proximity to the pool and not too far of a walk to the beach. Would recommend this condo to others!

Everything Included

I knew as we walked in the place that we had chosen the right place for our California vacation. Everything was immaculate and in great shape. The refrigerator had some water and other refreshments as well as condiments. The cupboards were nicely stocked with about anything you could need while we were there. You could tell the owners went out of their way to make sure - everything was included. There was a ton of beach equipment and resources to enjoy the area to the fullest. There are plenty of extra pillows, linens and other supplies to handle all of our needs - and then some. One of the big upsides was the owners were very accessible and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of us before, during and after our stay. We even tried to extend our stay, but the place was already booked after our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Great Location in Dana Point

The unit was very nice, with comfortable outdoor seating areas. Walk through golf course to beach was lovely. Owner was very responsive to questions. (During our stay, the fitness room was not open and the weather wasn't the best for hanging out at the pool, so those aspects were disappointing, but that doesn't take anything away from the unit itself.)

Fantastic Location Near Our Favorite Beach

Lovely Dana Point condo -- great value

The unit is a lovely, clean and spacious 2bd/2ba condo with easy parking and great amenities. It is a short drive to a beautiful beach park called Salt Creek. Be sure to start your stay with a free trolley ride around the city of Dana Point, which you can catch at a nearby shopping center. The owner has done a marvelous job of providing area information on shopping, attractions, and hiking.
